From the moment you step inside Shipwatch Palazzo, you're going to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. This amazing piece of paradise sits right on the pristine beaches of Miramar Beach, just a few miles East of Destin, Florida. With mesmerizing waterfront views from every level, you're sure to fall in love with this home-away-from-home. You'll have 7 bedrooms to share, all with amazing detail, comfortable bedding, and luxurious taste throughout. Let the private beach be your backyard, enjoy a day in your private pool, and let it soak in that life isn't bad at the beach.
One of the most raved about features of this home is the stunning open floorplan and spacious setting for the entire group. The fully stocked chef's kitchen is perfect for eggs and bacon in the morning, and a scrumptious dinner at night. The appliances are all quite new, including the natural gas range. You'll love the brand new dining table, and our favorite thing to do is to hang out at the bar and play a game of cards with the cook for the night. And, when you wake up in the morning, and stroll into the living room, with those gorgeous beachfront views, you're going to wish you'd booked this place for longer.
Your first floor includes the main entrance to the property, Master Room 1, Guest Room 1, a shared bathroom, and the two car garage. No worries, there's room for 2 to 3 more cars out front if you need. The second floor can be accessed via the stairs or the elevator, and provides you with the main space, kitchen, a half bath, and your largest Master Room 2 with an on-suite bathroom. Upstairs, on the 3rd level, you'll find your beachfront Master Rooms 3 and 4, as well as Guest Rooms 2 and 3, all with their own private bathrooms. The elevator makes its way up the third floor as well, or keep in mind, you have the stairs accessible as well.

This home has noise monitoring devices installed on each level of the home in open spaces. These devices do not record and only measure the decibel levels in the home. Do not tamper with these devices. Reminder: events and parties are not permitted in our home.
