Welcome to a luxurious and beautiful beach retreat with spacious accommodations and all-inclusive amenities, including living and game rooms with 75" 8K TVs, a custom arcade machine and a foosball table for the family to enjoy, and a complimentary luxurious six-seater golf cart that will get you to Miramar Beach's largest public beach access in just two minutes! Your luxury home is located in a private community called the "Retreat at Miramar." Guests will have full complimentary access to the 90ft private pool where you can cool off and relax. Also, enjoy the spacious lounge and grilling area that features seven charcoal grills (complimentary charcoal provided) and five widescreen TVs where you can watch movies and sports. Behind the pavilion, guests are also welcome to fish in the community catch and release pond.

Main Floor Experience

Living Room:

Lux Retreats invites our guests into a spacious living area with an open kitchen and dining area, accessible via a keyless front door experience. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a 75" 8K TV with complimentary YouTube TV service, allowing guests to watch anything from movies, tv, and all major sports. Relax on the comfortable West Elm sectional or Pottery Barn chairs while watching TV or playing your favorite game. Every night is a game night with a wide variety of games for all ages!

Kitchen & Dining Area: 

The gourmet, fully equipped chef's kitchen allows the cook of the family to prepare meals with fully stocked cooking and dining ware, using high-end stainless steel appliances such as an oversized professional series 66" fridge and freezer, high-end oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher. The coffee aficionado will enjoy a high-end espresso machine, pot coffee maker, and high-quality locally sourced beans. The dining space has room for the entire family, featuring a large table with 14 seats and a high chair for the little one who might be joining in.

Laundry Room & Half Bath:

A half bathroom is conveniently located just off the kitchen and a walk-in laundry room featuring plenty of counter space and cabinet storage along with an oversized washer and dryer with provided laundry detergent for mid-stay laundry cleaning needs. In addition, a vacuum, broom, and dustpan are also stored here for easy clean-ups should guests need them during their stay.

Second & Third Floor Experience

Game Room:

As you enter the second floor, you are welcomed to a fun-packed game room featuring a luxurious and spacious couch and beanbags where you can sit back and play video games or watch TV on the second 8K 75" OLED TV in the home. The game room also features a built-in mini-fridge to store your drinks or snack items, along with cabinets to each side, storing some games and game room essential items to make your time in this room even more fun! In addition to those entertainment items, this room also features a custom wall-mounted arcade system with over 3,400 classic arcade games for two-player fun. If you are a fan of the classics, you can enjoy our giant Connect Four, Jenga, and Yahtzee games, along with several smaller board games! Also featured in this room are three bunk beds for your stay. A corn hole game is stored in the garage so you can enjoy outdoors.

Just outside of the game room sliding glass door, guests can sit back and relax on the outdoor seating and enjoy the view from the outdoor balcony. A full-size foosball table can be enjoyed while breathing in the ocean air. And don't forget to take an Insta-worthy pic with the Escape to Miramar Beach neon sign. 

Bedrooms:

There are four king suites and one queen suite, all featuring ensuite bathrooms, along with private closet spaces and luggage racks. All bedrooms feature a 65" 4K TV, which comes with complimentary YouTube TV service, allowing you to watch sports, cable tv shows, and movies. The master king suite offers a fantastic view from the third-floor balcony, where you can lounge and see the beautiful Retreat resort.

 Beach Access: 

Your luxury home is just a two-minute golf cart ride with the complimentary six-person golf cart that comes with the home. This will save you $125 per day and allow you to see all that Miramar Beach has to offer! Parking is available next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. Please refer to the golf cart instructional manual for instructions on where to park and what rules need to be followed when using the golf cart on city streets.
