Mooi huis met 3 slaapkamers in een afgesloten straat met een privéstrand. Uitzicht op de Golf en een bubbelbad op het dek. Ligt direct bij het outlet winkelcentrum en Sandestin Resort. De tuin is enorm. Geweldige tuin voor een bruiloftsreceptie. Accommodaties omvatten wasruimte, keuken, familiekamer en een geweldige master suite. Dit huis ligt aan het einde van de weg in een afgesloten straat. Er is absoluut geen verkeer. De enige die voorbij rijdt, ben jij !! De bovenste verdieping is een luxe zeer ruime opzet met 1 slaapkamer. Het lagere niveau moet worden bereikt via buitentrappen. Het lagere niveau heeft 2 extra slaapkamers, een complete badkamer, een kitchenette en een familie / eetgedeelte.

Our first family beach trip. We had blast the house was clean easy access to the beach. Only thing was to get to the upstairs you had to go outside to go up, we made it work. The neighbor was safe and clean. Would stay here again

Upset there was no hot tub but over all was a real nice place. Plenty of room for everyone. Romero ( maintenance guy) would see us and come check if we needed anything and recommended a gator restaurant. Kids loved. Thank you

Very convenient and nice place to stay. Only recommendation is to get a better couch in the living room of the main house. Everything else was awesome. Definitely would recommend.

We loved our stay at Mas Coladas! Our experience with the cleaning and maintenance staff was awesome. It's very private for being in a densely populated area. We loved having the big yard for the kids to throw football and play in. The beach was fantastic. A couple of things to note: The is NO hot tub or pool. It can be confusing because the listing shows a hottub in pictures and your contract will mention both a pool and a hottub. The home is set up almost like a duplex with a downstairs unit and an upstairs unit. Note that the upstairs (main) part only has a king bed and twin bunks so if you have more than 2 kids keep in mind they will have to sleep in an area that is separate from you with its own entryway. The upstairs could use a bigger sofa. a small sectional would be perfect. There isn't much room to sit around as a group during meals unless you eat outside. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would for sure book this property again.

Great for families with children that worry about traffic. This property sits on a gated private dead-end street at the very end so you see no traffic during your stay. Easy access to private beach area that was never overcrowded. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

I had an unexpected emergency and so I sent my son and his friends who are all over 20 2122 to check into the house Friday night and my mom who is 68 was coming the next day. The owner showed up Saturday morning evicted us and would not answer my phone calls. He then emailed me and said it didn’t matter if my mom was there or not he didn’t allow chaperoned guests or kids on spring break. I think this is a scam to get people to rent. The house sleeps 13 but no chaperoned guests? And spring break runs from March to April so why do you even rent those times if you don’t want people on Spring Break. We should have gotten a refund but was refused even after learning my families emergency.

We were not welcome here. It would’ve been better suited for families with young children or people who go to bed early. It seems like it was the perfect place for us but turns out it wasn’t. Also - They need to take the advertisement of hot tub off the website because it does not exist and it doesn’t seem like events are welcome /they want everything closed down in quiet at 10 PM

Wish the hot tub was still there we knew about this before arrival. Wish there was a crock pot like owner said :( but we made it work. We knew about the kitchenette but I wish there was a hot plate to make cooking downstairs doable. Bed was broke when we came in Romeo was very quick to get there and get us fixed up. The location of this house is perfect. Short 1 minute walk from the driveway to the beach. The beds were very comfortable, the ice maker made ice all week which was a big plus. It was also very nice to have 2 refrigerators in the house. It was nice to sit out on the balcony every morning and see the ocean while drinking our coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was awesome, we had to book last minute due to a cancellation for hurricane damage at another condo and the manager got us taken care of very quickly. Sent us all the information we needed for our stay and access to the rental. Loved that the beach access is at the end of the driveway. There was plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards under the stairs for others to use. You can see the beach from the balcony but it’s very limited view but still very nice. Plenty of room for family and friends. The set up was a little different, almost like you have two rentals. One upstairs and one downstairs but it worked out just fine with our group. The property was clean and had no issues. Was nervous with the previous reviews on the a/c but took the chance, upstairs was pretty warm when we arrived but the unit did cool off to a comfortable temp and remained the rest of our stay.
