The condo had newer furniture, which was nice, the view was great. However, the primary bath tube was very dirty and black mold around the fan vent in bathroom. Vanity could use painting. Kitchen no large frying pans, they were all very small, making breakfast had to use all three very small pans. Remote controls would not work properly in the bedrooms, couldn't change the channels. I know this is no fault of condo owner, but at times could not sit outside on the balcony due to people either staying in condo under us or beside us smoking weed. Other than the items listed we did have a nice stay. Thank you

Overall we had a great experience, facilities were good. Just a suggestion it would be great if you can have an emergency key for the bedrooms as we got one of the bedroom locked up from inside and we had to get help to open it.

Air filter needed to be changed, burned out light bulb, mold on shower curtain leaky faucet. Kitchen desperately needs to be restocked. The view was fantastic. Very safe, very convenient beach access. Overall property was clean. Enjoyable experience overall.

Air conditioning didn’t work, ceiling fan in bedroom quit, no lightbulbs in most lights.

Poor management Air conditioning wouldn’t cool below 76, half the lights didn’t have working bulbs, ceiling fan in one bedroom quit working, and when we called we were told they couldn’t help us. Dryer makes a terrible noise when you start it as well. There was grease under one of the dining chairs, the toilet in the master bath looked like it had been used after it was cleaned. The day if check in our room wasn’t even ready until almost 6 when we were told we could check in at 4 when I booked then told 5 when they confirmed. Beach was amazing but I’ll not rent from the Seascape Reaort again

Great Location/Needs Darker Curtains

This location is amazing! Sit on your balcony and watch the sun rise over the beach! It's right across the street from the private beach area. Check in process was a breeze. They simply texted me everything I needed to know in order to stay. Place was as stated. The only thing I could have asked for was a welcome/starter pack for the kitchen which would include dish soap, dishwasher soap, and trash bags. Many other locations in the area have this. Also, I wish that there was darker curtains on the windows as there was light coming in throughout the night which made it hard to sleep. Oh, and if the property would actually tell you WHERE the trash cans are located so you could actually take your trash out, that would be great! We drove around for a bit trying to find one. Has a full coffee pot which is a must for our vacations! Ice and water in the fridge was a nice perk that got used a lot. Could use some additional pots and pans. We did a lot of cooking and had to tweak some things because of limited cooking options. We will definitely look at staying here again!

Excellent Stay

My family and I had a great time while staying here. The condo was very clean. Lots of room to move around. Beds provided a good nights sleep. Located right on the beach. It also came with some nice discounts to local businesses. I played golf at Emerald Bay for half price. We loved Majestic Sun and will definitely stay there again.

Great Condo

We had a great time during our stay at Miramar Beach in this property! The place was clean and was just as it looked in the pictures. The only minor problem was that the hall bathroom was missing the toilet paper dispenser holder. I would also suggest that you bring your own pillows as the ones provided are pretty thin and flat. Overall, the area is good as you are just a quick walk across Senic Gulf Coast Rd to the Beach and a short drive to the other activities in the area. Great property and would stay here again if in the area

Comfortable Stay

This property was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect size for my family. It was very easy to obtain codes needed through text messages without having to spend time checking in or out. My only suggestion is that the owner provides more cookware. We had intended on cooking and eating in the condo rather that eating out all meals. There was only one large pot in the kitchen. This made cooking a little tough. Overall the accommodations were wonderful!
