Wonderful property with excellent communication from the owner. The beach is just a very short walk away, making the location even more enjoyable. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Everything was set up exactly as it said!!! Close walk to beach..and shopping!!! We really enjoyed the pool and house. Lots of room outside for cornhole and hanging out.

We had the best time on our trip staying here! The walk to the beach is less than 5 mins and the house is very spacious for 9 people! I would highly recommend staying here with family/friends.

Me and my family had an amazing time on our quarterly vacation at this property. The home is beautiful and is at a great location from the beach, outlet mall (which we enjoyed) and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed having a pool on the property and are looking forward to booking this location again.

Had a really great time at this beautiful house! Check in and check out were very simple and easy directions to follow. The house was clean and spacious! Loved how close it was to everything, including the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family vacation property! 5 minute walk to the beach and the outlet mall is right across the street. We enjoyed nearby restaurants and watching the giant screen TV at night and hanging out by the small pool during the day after enjoying the beach. Definitely coming back again. Very comfy and well stocked with linens, kitchenware, furniture.

They were very responsive and very willing to help out at any given minute. It was a great place to stay when we had to move from hurricane Milton up north.

Convenient location

Convenient location to restaurants and shops, nice and spacious house with an extra bonus with the pool. Great and fast response with property manager. It was great for our family weekend wedding that took place right around the corner. Very convenient!

End of summer mini vacation

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with with us. We enjoyed our mini vacation very much and was able to relax and unwind. We were conveniently located nearby stores, shopping centers and restaurants. The beach is just a quick walk down the street.

Great property!

It was a little difficult and cofusing to find at first but once we got settled in the property was close to a lot of places making it a convenient stay for us. The hosts were very responsive and event made efforts to make recommendations on food places. Will definitely come back to this property if we ever go back to destin FL

Fall break

House is great. This was our 2nd year in a row of booking this house. We love the location and it has plenty of room for adults and teens. Plenty of room outdoor for cornhole and games.

Fall Break 2023

This property was perfect for our fall break trip. We had 8 adults and 9 teens so the living was a bedroom every night but it was great. The courtyard area was great for hanging out. Location to the beach was an easy 5min walk. The location to everything else was perfect as well. In between Destin and Santa Rosa. Close to grocery, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house, comfortable beds, good linens and pillows. Everything as described. We had an AC snag but was corrected within less than 24 hours on a holiday. Make sure to bring your toiletries. Buy additional toilet paper and trash bags.We rented beach chairs online through La Dolce Vita and walked to the Surf Hut once for dinner and teens enjoyed the Chick fil a and Starbucks. 2 rooms on ground floor best for anyone elderly.Stairs for upstairs might be a challenge for someone older, but great for our group w teens and kids.Will likely repeat.

Old guys at the beach for a memorial service

Great property and stay but we paid extra to have the splash pool heated but it did not work. 65+ old guys were freezing when we tried to get in. It was not repaired during our stay
