Clean, convenient

Everything was just as advertised. We had a great time. It was nice not having to carry so much down to the beach which was right across the street. If I wanted to saying about the building or property it would be the elevators need a/c !! Thank you so much we will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

We loved our stay, everything we needed, clean, nicely decorated, kids loved the bunks, The balcony was lovely and a nice view of the beach. Love that it’s pet friendly and nice areas to walk the dog. Close to coffee shop and short walk over to beach. We will stay again!

Great Beach House

We love Maravilla, and enjoyed staying in this unit. The only downside was the bedroom with bunk beds had a barn door, which cut down on privacy. Overall, a great unit!

2022 family vacation

We had a wonderful time at your condo! It was decorated beautifully and everything was very clean. Everything we needed was found in the cabinets. The beach was close and the pools were enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

What a great location. Close to the pool and elevator. Unit had everything we needed and it was clean. Love the fact that rental includes the private beach, chairs and umbrella. We would definitely rent here again.

Maravilla 1402

My wife and I made a last minute trip to Destin Florida and we were very fortunate to find this exceptional condo! If you're looking for a quality place to stay at a reasonable price, then this is the place for you! It was very well furnished with a great view and short walk to the beach! We highly recommend Maravilla 1402!
