Wandelen in de deur en je weet dat je het paradijs hebt gevonden. Granieten toonbanken, designmeubels en raambekleding. Slechts 22 stappen naar het zwembad en 78 stappen naar het strand! Deze eerste verdieping unit met een lichte uitzicht golf kon niet meer handig. Je bent op loopafstand van meerdere restaurants, waaronder Pompano Joes en de walvissen staart. Ongeveer 3 mijl op de weg is het winkelcentrum die bezoekers van zo ver weg als Atlanta trekken. We kochten dit appartement vanwege de fantastische nabijheid van wat Destin te bieden heeft, evenals de prachtig decor.

Proximity to beach was good, as well as shopping and restaurants. Hot tub a bonus. Pool was cold (keep in mind that the low was 38 degrees one night of our trip). Owner had sent check in information well in advance. I had read it was hard to reach him on reviews and can confirm I didn't get a response to my messages regarding tv. Two out of three tvs didn't work. Our biggest complaint was the firmness of mattresses. We couldn't sleep during our stay and left a day early. I gave this a 3 star because the condo was nice and clean, and as stated was in a good location. You can't see the ocean from this room, and beds were much more firm than we preferred. If you like a firm mattress, you'll love this room!

Great summer trip

The condo is very close to the private beach, and that allowed us to really enjoy the Gulf for days on end. The condo was correctly described and the parking was easy. Well within short walk from coffee, shops, food and rental carts/bikes.

We have had an amazing time, a great vacation with family and all the condo has to offer is amazing. Lots of patio room outside with a yard area. The pool and hottub are amazing and the beach is nothing short of breathtaking and literally a minute across the road. Being on the 1st floor makes it ao easy to get down to the beach and it very convenient. 10/10 recommend tour family stay here on your bext trip to destin/ Miramar beach.

Don’t expect any assistance while you’re there. No parking documentation for our car; patio light burnt out, dishwasher not operational. Won’t be using VRBO again got better referrals from guests who rent via other avenues. Left messages via owners phone with no return call and VRBO, who kept asking for the same information that I gave them the first time.

Great location and cute updated condo!

Had a wonderful stay at this condo with family. The unit is conveniently located on the first floor steps away from the crosswalk leading into the beach. There is construction on property but it’s on the other side away from this unit. Access via keypad is easy to use for both the unit door and beach access gate and codes were provided clearly prior to arrival. The location of this building is convenient for both Destin and Miramar attractions, restaurants, etc.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this unit. Everything was as advertised when we made our reservation. There is work going on in the development in the units ending with the number 1. This work took away from any view out of the unit. Every communication we had with the owner through VRBO was answered quickly. The only issue we had was taken care of rapidly. We would stay here again.

Great trip all around

The property it self was in the pefect location and the private beech was wonderful! The pool was great and the hot was small but equally fantastic. The beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and sand toy were fabulous. Even though we were all adults the shovel and buckets came in handy to dig a 3x3ft hole to bury my daughter. The condo was as advertised with a few flaws,There was construction going on on our corner of the property with scaffolding right outside our patio so that was a nogo zone until nite.also the day we left we wanted to go see the sunrise 1 more time and went to the beach.came back and the door lock passcode to get inside didnt work anymore. It was 7am check out wasn't till 10 or 11 i think . luckily we left the patio door unlocked. This couldve been a fluke and no harm no fowl.all in all a great place minus the construction. Will come back again of ots available

Beaches gorgeous but area is very very busy with traffic compared to other beach locations. Loud music, honking and noise throughout the day until well into the night. Unit was completely fine, bare essentials. All other VRBOs/rentals I’ve stayed at had family games in units, this one did not but had many beach chairs which was very nice. Furniture was dirty and floor had sand. Sliding doors need fixed and/or replaced. Completely fine for a week with kids, but would stay somewhere else if going to Destin again.

Highly Recommend

This charming ground floor unit made bringing in luggage and accessing the area a breeze. The location was ideal, steps from the pool, beach and shopping. There is an amazing filled ice cream/ coffee shop a block away that is a must try. The unit was fully stocked with beach accessories and the kitchen had everything you needed for cooking, preparing food or drinks. It also had both a single serve and regular coffee maker which I appreciated. TV’s and Wi-Fi were easy to use so zero complaints from the kids. Communication with the host was excellent.

The property was clean. One small flaw with sliding doors (it appeared that they did not line up properly to close. They were cracked open about a good two inches on the left side). Also, whoever hung the curtains did a bad job. Found hooks on the floor and some in the bed. 😂 Other than that, it was a great rental property.
