'Twist Of Lime' is een 2,657 vierkante voet korte termijn vakantiehuis op Crystal Beach! 'Twist of Lime' is gebouwd in 2017 en heeft 6 slaapkamers (allemaal met kingsize bedden en een eigen complete badkamer in de slaapkamers) en 7 badkamers, evenals een groot (22 voet x 12 voet) rechthoekig privézwembad. Het is 3 blokken van onze oprit naar het witte strandzand. Deze verhuur ligt in een omheind 8-huis onderverdeling, die allemaal vakantiehuizen zijn!

Het fysieke adres van Twist of Lime voor uw GPS is 63 Sundance Ct. Miramar Beach, FL 32550. De dichtstbijzijnde kruisstraten zijn Sundance Court & Ellis Street in Miramar Beach.

Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor maximaal 4-6 voertuigen.

De muurkleur is een kalmerende, strandachtige lichtgroene schaduw die "celadon aardewerk" wordt genoemd. De slaapkamervloeren zijn voorzien van vloerbedekking en alle gebieden zonder vloerbedekking zijn een grijsachtige tegel die eruitziet als houten planken. Ons graniet bevat tinten zwart, wit en grijs.

Beautiful house and very close to a lot of amenities. The house was large enough for our group of 9 and everyone loved the pool. Having a golf cart was so great and made trips down to the beach a breeze. We enjoyed our time very much and would recommend this house to friends and family!

Overall, the house worked out well. But note that it is NOT walking distance to the beach. We had six kids between the ages of 4-10 and it would have been an impossible walk with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. We took the golf cart every time. Just wanted to note that for other renters. The house: Having all king bedrooms with private bathrooms was great for our multi-family vacation. I wish there was a larger common area but we just spread out in different rooms when we were hanging out. The top-floor bunk room was perfect for the kids. The heated pool was great and was bigger than expected. We did have several electrical issues during our stay. For one, the outlets on the outside of the house weren't working, so we had no way to charge the golf cart. We ended up bringing the cord to the beach and charging it while we were there. Also, the dryer took about 3 cycles before it would get one load dry (we cleaned out the lint every time). Also, the oven took twice as long to cook. Finally, all of the upstairs bathroom outlets stopped working on the last day. Since they were all electrical issues, I assume they were all related to something going on with the house. Aside from that, everything worked out well. The management company was great. They checked in the day after we arrived and were very responsive in sending someone over to look at the golf cart (within an hour of me calling). They were very much on the ball.

The house was walking distance from the beach. Having the use of q golf cart made it easy to shuttle gear and people. The house is clean, great AC, pool was great for hanging out and staying wet while staying there on hot muggy August nights. It is a vacation rental and we stayed during their busy season. Some minor dings and small missing items, but that was to be expected. Our group wants to stay here next year, just a bit longer.

We stayed here as the meeting spot for our bridal party and it was perfect. Quick walk to pompano Joe's and to the beach! The golf cart was absolutely clutch too.

We loved the 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths for our large family. There were plenty of baby supplies for our grandchild. The negatives were the floors were not clean. Our infant is a crawler and his hands, knees, and tops of his feet would get black as well as anyone that walked barefoot. The TV did not work in the great room. There were only 6 coffee cups available the first morning there. There were 12 adults that were staying there. We did call and let them know of the problems. And got a large sack of small coffee cups, but no one came to fix any of the other problems. There were no boogie boards that were listed in the description. That was disappointing. We also found roaches in the house!! Yuck! For the space the price was fair. I doubt we will rent there again.

The house was in a great location (very close to the beach) and the bedrooms were great. However, the house had too much damage in it. Many walls, doors, furniture all needed repairs. The rug in family room was a huge safety/tripping issue. 2 out of 3 umbrellas at the pool were broken. Wish the owners had made repairs before we got there. I had to take pictures and send to property Mgr to ensure they didn’t blame us for the damage. Not a great first impression but we had a great time. The ease of renting, check in and check out was also great

Generally a nice property, very nice outdoor area with pool, etc. There were lots of items that needed repair such as the outdoor umbrellas, many minor items like curtains, towel racks, tissue holders, refrigerator door controls, etc. A couple of places there were holes in walls. We had an issue with hot water going out the second day of our stay. We found that the heater was plugged into an outdoor outlet and all of the outdoor outlets were not functional. We could not locate a breaker box so had to place a maintenance call. Almost a day later without hot water (or showers for 17 people) the maintenance showed up and move a picture in the hallway to get to the breaker box. We could have done this in minutes if we'd have known where it was at. Turns out you can't charge two golf carts at the same time or you'll trip the breaker that controls all outdoor outlets including the water heater. Could be better designed. The last day of our stay the AC went out. Fortunately we were leaving so do not know the outcome of that issue. Again it was a nice place but lots of minor issues and a couple of major ones (hot water, AC).

We absolutely loved the house we stayed in! We had 3 boys with us under the age of 12 and so they had the bunkbed room. Perfect set up for them. Our house included a golf cart which was great for getting to the beach, coffee shop, stores. etc. The pool was a great size for our group and it was perfect located right off the kitchen/living area. We had a problem with the air conditioner one day, but a quick call brought quick resolution before the day was over. We were less than 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Would definitely stay at a Twist of Lime again!

Overall I would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for my party of 12. Easy access to everything you would need. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The only complaint I have was I wish someone would have come out to service the pool sometime that week. Just a little vacuuming would have been great. Overall great property and would stay here again!

We could not have asked for a better stay. The listing was just as described! Everything worked perfectly. We wished there were some kitchen towels, but that’s not a huge deal. The property manager was very effective in communicating with me when it came to needing their assistance.

Property is further than 3 blocks to beach, maybe 3 blocks as a crow flies, but not if you are walking. The kitchen has a funky smell and the place could have been cleaner. Floor was dirty. The gas grill was filthy and I spent nearly an hour cleaning it before I could use it. The wagon for the beach was a little tykes wagon so it wasn't good on the beach and was only good to pull 1 small child. The beach umbrella was old and broken and couldn't be used The house was a nice size and in good shape and the pool was great, but for the money I was disappointed.

Check-in was super simple. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. Only downsides is there are not very many large pots and pans considering it is a large house with a lot of people staying at once. We ended up taking some to use there as I had already became aware on other reviews. We also had trouble with the grill as the propane tank was leaking gas. We had to buy a new tank to use. Other than those two details the stay was amazing for our first vacation as a family. Will definitely stay again!

This is a great property! It was clean and looked like the pictures online. The size of the property was larger than what we needed since there was only 3 adults and 2 teens. We had the pool heated and although temps got down very low outside, the kids still ventured into the pool and enjoyed it! The entire family loved that there was a bathroom for each bedroom! The only downside was the kitchen supplies. There was a hodgepodge collection of pots, pans, random sized bowls without tops that didn't quite match up. And there were no baking sheets or storage containers for leftover food that may have been cooked during our stay. There were also very limited measuring spoons/cups on hand if you are cooking and following a recipe. It would be a worthwhile investment for the property to purchase sets of pots, pans, baking sheets, measuring spoons, & storage containers. On the other hand, if you don't plan to cook much while there, this isn't an issue! There were plenty of plates and flatware for serving and eating. Lastly, the management company was very responsive to text messages and emails. They also placed nice branded soaps and lotions in each bathroom, which was a nice touch. Would I stay here again? Yes, BUT only if they upgraded the cookware. We usually cook many of our meals or do take-out and therefore need something for storing the leftovers.

This property was stunning! The rooms we perfect. Linens and towels were great, the beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone! The heated pool was a total hit with the kids and even the adults too!! The only downsides we had were a few of the listed descriptions. We were told the kitchen would be “fully stocked” however there were a few essential items missing. We were only provided with 2 garbage bags, no pot holders, only 2 dish towels (no rags), no backing dishes or oven pans as described on the websites description listing. Broken beach chair. The grill igniter was broken. (Had to remove the grill plate to manually light with a lighter) was not able to regulate temperature. Aside from the kitchen essentials this place was amazing and completely manageable even without! We will absolutely be coming back without a doubt! We love the fact that everyone was able to have their own private KING room with its own bathroom! Plus one room even had its own private balcony! So close to the beach we were able to walk there every time even with our two small children! Loved this place!
