    De woon / eetkamer is schitterend ontworpen met luxe details, waaronder een entertainmentcentrum met tv / dvd en een stereo-installatie met cd-speler. De woonkamer / eetkamer heeft een spiegelwand die een prachtig panoramisch uitzicht op de GOLF biedt. De woonkamer KONINGIN SIZE SLAAPZACHTER om comfortabele accommodatie voor 10 toe te staan.

    Onze VOLLEDIG GEMEUBILEERDE keuken is voorzien van vaatwasser, fornuis, koelkast, magnetron, verwijdering, koffiezetapparaat, blender, elektrische blikopener, broodrooster, borden, glazen, kookgerei, zelfs een crock pot, keukengerei, kommen, etc. We hebben veel persoonlijke details toegevoegd. Aan al uw behoeften is gedacht.

    Er is VEEL OPSLAG om je koffers en 'spullen' uit de weg te ruimen terwijl je ontspant en geniet van ons mooie appartement. Volledige linnengoed, handdoeken, etc. zijn ook aanwezig. Het enorme balkon is volledig ingericht.

Everything was perfect! Julie checked in with us multiple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely book again when we come back this way!

This condo had plenty of room for our four little ones to spread out and play in the living room area as well as room for all of us to spend time with each other. Great views all around. The beach and water were pristine! It was such a relief not to have to wade through a massive block of dark seaweed. The two umbrellas and four chairs were also very helpful. This condo has been refurbished and provides most everything you could ask for. Contact with rental company-excellent! Would stay here again! Great vacay!

Condo reviewThis is our favorite place to stay in Destin! The beachfront location is unbeatable, with magnificent views, easy beach access, and it’s conveniently close to restaurants and shops.The condo itself is showing its age. The bathroom, appliances, and exhaust fan could definitely use some upgrades to make the unit safer and more comfortable.During our stay, the AC stopped working, but Julie was amazing. She responded quickly and arranged for us to stay in another unit the next night so we could be comfortable. We truly appreciated her excellent customer service.We’ll definitely be back—the location is worth it, and with a few updates, this would easily be a 5-star stay.

Amazing stay

We absolutely loved our rental and it’s location. The ocean views were perfect. The property manager got back to me quickly with any questions that I had. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend this rental to my family and friends without hesitation.

Family get away

The condo is in a great location and walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. It is also directly across the street from the beach so it was very easy to get to the beach. Julie was very pleasant to work with and was available anytime we had questions.

Spring Break

Renting the property was easy. The pictures due no Justice for the actual property. This place was beautiful. The property manage, Julie was so sweet and she is awesome.

Perfect location. All rooms has a balcony and you can see the beach from all balcony's. One room was set up with an additional fridge, microwave, coffee pot which was really nice for additional food and drinks. A few things are a little dated and could use updated but overall the condo was spacious for all 11 of us. 6 adults and 4 teenagers and 1 kid under 10. The room has some additional beach chairs in the closet that we found very helpful. The halls ways did smell a little musty but the room didn't smell the same way.

This unit is amazing! Beach view from all 3 bedrooms. An easy walk across a crosswalk and we were on the beach. Pickleball and tennis courts. The pool and hot tub were great. The balcony was so large and spanned all 3 bedrooms Everything was great. Julie was amazing to work with. Communication with her was so easy and quick. We had one issue with the washer and dryer and she rectified it. We would definitely suggest this unit.

Family Beach Trip

Once a year we love a family trip with our children and grandchildren. We had an amazing time at this property at Miramar Beach. Plenty of room for the 12 of us, pool area was perfect and just across from the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The host was very responsive and quick to fix a slow drain which was the only issue we had. Arrival instructions were perfect. We will definitely be staying there again!

Successful beach vacation

This property helped us achieve what we wanted from a beach vacation. We were able to relax with plenty of space for 7 of us. When booking this I thought it was directly on the beach based on the photos, but it is across the street. There was bridge over the road if you didn’t want to cross a busy street, so not that big of a deal for my family.

Our stay was enjoyable, with the location being perfect for our needs. The surroundings were convenient, and the ambiance was pleasant. The restaurant attached to the condo had delicious food which was very convenient so you didn’t lose your parking spot.Areas for Improvement:Elevator Availability: One of the elevators was out of service for most of our stay, leading to longer wait times and some inconvenience.Bathroom Maintenance: Two of the bathroom showers had drainage issues, causing water to accumulate up to ankle level during use.Parking: It was 4th of July weekend so it was pretty busy, but it seems they were overbooked and ran out of parking for guests. While these issues affected our experience, we appreciate the overall quality of the stay and hope these concerns will be addressed for future guests.

Very nice condo!

This was one of the best beach trips I have had! Condo was as described-lots of room! Lots of storage room in the kitchen! Host was terrific at getting back to us with answers. The fact that it was across the street from the beach wasn’t as inconvenient as I thought. Easy access to the beach and we LOVED the free chair service. Was a little annoying to prove that we were entitled to 2 sets of chairs. Also, keep in mind-don’t try to dry a lot of towels/clothes at once. Better to do small loads. Condo was a little outdated but still very nice. Loved the views from every room! Parking was a little close-pretty tight between cars. Elevators were somewhat stand in line at certain times. But overall a very nice place!

Beautiful place

Julie made everything a breeze. She stayed in contact with us during our stay. Notified us of some maintenance that was happening. The location was great! Our condo was very spacious & everyone had their own bathrooms. The only problem was the dishwasher didn’t work. We didn’t know this until we were checking out & went to turn it on. My mother n law also had a ball of hair on the wall of their shower. Other than that & not being able to stay longer, our trip was perfect!

Best Girl’s Trip

Our condo was perfect to host 5 adults. Plenty of room to space out and have some privacy too. The views were spectacular and accommodations were great… so great you have everything at your finger tips. Loved it!

This was such a great place to stay for myself and my children! It had easy access to the beach and the pool/hot tub made it great for the kids as well! The owner contacted me and made sure I had everything I needed and that the condo was clean / up to my expectations!
