Het Royal Seaesta # 10 strandhuis is de perfecte keuze voor uw volgende vakantie langs de smaragdgroene stranden van Destin. Deze vakantiewoning biedt accommodatie voor maximaal 8 personen. Op de eerste verdieping vindt u de woonkamer met 2 comfortabele banken en een flatscreen-tv. Onze volledige keuken is gerenoveerd en uitgerust met luxe roestvrijstalen apparaten. De luxueuze master bedroom suite is te vinden op de tweede verdieping van Royal Seaesta # 10 met een aangrenzende badkamer, een koelkast, een minibar met een minibar en een bubbelbad en een inloopdouche. Ook op de tweede verdieping is nog een kingsize master en-suite met een extra 2e complete badkamer. De 3e slaapkamer queen size badkamer op de eerste verdieping hoofdniveau van dit ruime huis.
Tijdens je uitje aan de kust, verzamel wat lekkers voor je geliefden thuis bij enkele van de eclectische winkels langs de straten van Scenic Highway 98. Bezoek de ongelooflijke restaurants in Destin en geniet van uitzicht op het water terwijl u dineert op heerlijke zeevruchten en andere hartige gerechten. Loop een minuutje over de straat naar ons privé-hek naar het strand en laat je voeten in het zand zinken terwijl je de warme zon absorbeert. Tiffany was excellent and very accommodating. The house was just as described and a very short walk to the beach access. The beach was crowded but a beautiful location and the water was perfect. Would come back for sure!

Check-in process was easy. Condo was really clean. Beach was literally a 2 min walk and it was so close to the restaurants and stores. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip to Destin. Absolutely loved it there.

Loved the condo and its roominess. Each bedroom had its own attached bathroom which is nice. A short walk to the beach was greatly appreciated. Access to the private beach could have been better described. Everything you could need was within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

The place is close to the private beach access! I will let you all know, if you have bad knees or so, it does have steps but they do have a public beach access not too far from the condo! The place smelled great and we enjoyed our time there. Awesome beds! Will say the sheets need some help as it seemed they weren’t soft but overall the beds were amazing and the showers were amazing. Tiffany was quick to respond with anything and was very helpful. I would recommend this condo for your stay!

My family and I stayed at this lovely home for the second time. We were so please with the new upgrades. New refrigerator, new stove w/oven, new dishwasher and new flooring. The home had clean bathrooms and bedrooms. So close to Alvin’s store and ice cream shop. Excellent communication with Tiffany. She was able to assist when needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

Me and my family had a great time! The place was just perfect for my family and myself. The beach was very near the property. Any questions or concerns I had, Tiffany was quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place for a great vacation stay. Looking forward to coming back again!!

Great location across from the beach. Nice no frills townhome with two master suites upstairs and queen bedroom with shared bath downstairs. Comfortable, affordable and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

The property was exactly what we needed! There were some minor bumps with the property but Tiffany was quick to respond and got them addressed for us as soon as possible. Overall the property is nice but is starting to age, but there were plenty of showers with constant hot water and comfortable beds, which to me are the two most important areas of a rental. I would stay here again.

The place was nice but much smaller than appears in picture. Also, the indication that it is on a private beach is false. The gate shown in the picture is to a pool that is not open and a whirlpool that doesn't work.

Firstly, I want to highlight that I have never left any negative reviews for accommodation I’ve stayed in, but this was simply unacceptable! Location was good but that’s the only positive comment about this place. The accommodation was so dirty that we had to move to another condo. We contacted the owner who offered to send her cleaning team in but the whole place needed scrubbing to get to any sort of habitable standard which would have been too disruptive during our holiday. I don’t even know where to start explaining how disgusting this place was, but I’ll give it a go… On most of the bedding there was at least one dodgy looking stain that either resembled blood or urine (the owner claimed these were bleach stains - not like any bleach stain I’ve seen before!) Every door had brown fingerprints everywhere, every light had dust so built up it was hanging down, the white bannister was brown, every shower had black mould, dirty floors that turned your feet/socks black, brown splatter up one of the walls, plates had dried sticky food on them, window sills with months of build up of dirt & dead flies, and much to our disgust there was snot on the walls!!!! The list goes on, but hopefully that’s at least painting a picture for everyone to avoid this place if you’re hoping to have a lovely holiday by the sea. The owner was very quick at replying to messages initially, then ignored us once she realised we were not happy. She said she would offer to refund the cleaning but nothing else, despite receiving some of the photos we had taken, which most people would be embarrassed to see of their own property! According to the owner, all of these cleaning items are “deep clean” items that are only carried out once every 6 months! My family and I came down for a quick little weekend trip, everything looked very nice upon arrival. We had one small issue the night we arrived but the host was very quick at responding to my message and immediately sent someone out to fix it. Overall very close to the beach, not far of a walk at all. One thing I feel should be mentioned as we traveled with a 2 year old, you’re not allowed to bring a canopy to the beach. They have signs up stating this but it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Not a big deal as you are so close to Alvin’s Island and can get an umbrella which are allowed but still, we wouldn’t have carried it all the way down to the beach had we known. With that, we would definitely recommend and stay again.

The property was as pictured. I do need to go back and read the write up but I specifically selected beachfront properties and this property was included in the results however it is across the street from the beach, not beachfront. But otherwise the location was perfect with plenty of places within walking/biking/golf cart distance. We had a great time and enjoyed the property and may make this an annual girls trip!
