  • "HEMEL IS HIER" in deze prachtige designinrichting van dit opmerkelijke appartement aan de oceaan in het Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort - Beachside One. U wordt begroet door brede open uitzicht op de spectaculaire Golf van Mexico als je binnen stapt. Een ruime entreehal die uitkomt in de grote woonkamer met een prachtig kustdecor dat de kamer alleen maar opfleurt! Niet te vergeten de 40 "flatscreen-tv te noemen. Het appartement is bedekt met prachtige 18 "tegel overal.  Het balkon biedt voldoende ruimte om te ontspannen.

    Deze zelfde opvattingen zijn te zien vanuit de ruime volledig witte keuken en de ruime eethoek met eettafel die plaats biedt aan 6 plus 3 barkrukken op het aanrecht en een prachtige stoel bij het raam heeft die uitkijkt over het water van de zee.

    De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en een muur van ramen die het uitzicht op de golf weerspiegelen en een apart privébalkon dat direct uitkijkt op het golffront. De kapitein bad heeft een bad met een kloof voorruit en een aparte douche. De tweede slaapkamer heeft ook een kingsize bed en uitzicht op de golf aan de voorkant, evenals een tv en een dvd-speler in een kast. De derde slaapkamer is veel groter en heeft 2 queen size bedden en een tv en een dvd-speler. De koningin-sized sleeper-bank in de woonkamer zorgt voor extra slaapplaatsen. Een wasmachine en droger voorzien voor extra gebruiksgemak.

    Beachside One ligt direct aan het strand, op slechts een steenworp afstand langs de strandpromenade. Het gebouw biedt gratis WiFi, een seizoensgebonden verwarmd zwembad en een fitnessruimte voor alle gasten. Als u besluit om het resort over te steken, is er een gratis pendeldienst beschikbaar!

    Op die nachten dat u wilt een avondje uit te genieten van de Village at Baytowne Wharf biedt een scala aan restaurants van chique dineren tot pizza, sushi en nog veel meer. Of de vangst van de nieuwste film in het Grand Boulevard in het nieuwe tien-bioscoop. De Baytowne Marina is een geweldige manier om een ​​middag door te brengen en te genieten van een lunch of de vangst van een zonsondergang. Great location with beautiful beach view. We really enjoyed the golf cart (nicknamed “Barney”). It was very handy to go over to Baytowne wharf. The condo is certainly a bit dated and knees, a little sprucing up, but it was very comfortable for our family.

They are not lying about the view. It's fantastic. The condo is in an awesome location and the service was great. The only thing I would say is that it could use an update. There are several outlets that don't work. It just needs general maintenance. I would stay there again based solely on location and view.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Destin area and condos on the beach, but this condo was very disappointing to us, especially with safety concerns. The door to our condo was not safely secured. The deadbolt was not working because the wood was old/worn and would not properly lock and the deadbolt/latch was missing. We had to call maintenance to fix this issue and was unable to leave the condo (on our first day) with our belongings with this safety concern. The maintenance did his best "to make it work" throughout our stay. The condo is very outdated especially in the bathrooms. There is NO privacy in the master bathroom and there is NO dresser in the master bedroom. They only offered some hangers for your clothes and a 3 drawer plastic container for clothes. The kitchen is the only updated area in the condo. The dining/living area was missing curtains (to block from neighboring condo and turtle nesting season.) Most of the window coverings were thin bamboo curtains, which didn't block sunlight. We will be back to Destin, but not at Beachside 1 residence in Sandestin.

Mold in bathrooms, cabinets peeling, black stuff comes out of vent when ac is on…

Let’s start with the positives: the location is amazing, there are lifeguards on the beach, security to keep the beach open for owners and renters and the shuttle to Baytowne is always convenient. The floor plan is great but this unit needs some serious attention. Outlet covers are missing (kitchen), there is an extension cord running under rugs in the living room, silver (spray painted) chairs in living room rub off on your clothes, stains on cushions and comforter, washer is moldy and smells bad, hall bath has mold on the ceilings, tile falling off (hall bath), kitchen cabinets are chipping, kitchen counters are cracked and stained and maybe the worst of all, the ac unit in the king bedroom (not the master) had black stuff blowing out of it when the ac was on. I would not recommend this unit for anyone, but especially steer clear if you have kids. The photos are very misleading. I have never taken the time to complete reviews but this unit was so bad it warranted it.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: feel it is necessary to bring to your attention our extreme disappointment in the cleanliness in upkeep of the condo we rented for an extended family vacation. There are several outlets that do not work, there are patched walls that were not painted, the bathroom is filthy along with all of the floors in the condo. There are parts that look like they could have been repaired from water damage but not completely repaired along with furniture that have stains and blinds that when you try to shut them your hand is full of filth and grease. The one thing that was the most upsetting and disgusting was the washing machine is full of mold and mildew, to the point that I have had to try and scrub it clean. I honestly am not sure if I am even going to be able to use it which we had counted on. We would greatly appreciate a response to this email and with the additional work that we have had to do to make the condo comfortable we certainly feel there should be some sort of financial restitution. Fall Break Vacation 2024

The location can't be beat! The pool and beach were amazing. There is one security guard that is very laid back, but then at the end of the week there was one that is very strict about having your bands on to go to the beach. Keep that in mind for your stay here. There are some things that need improvement. The internet service was horrible. They came during our stay to upgrade to a "fiber optic" internet. We thought it was going to be much better, but the back bedroom still had a slow connection. Hopefully this will improve. The master bathroom has 3 broken hooks and no towel holder at one sink. These would be easy fixes if the owner or the company would pay attention to details. There is not enough lighting in the master bedroom, and it does get hot in the afternoon from the sun in the master. Keep this in mind when you set the thermostat!They need to check the status of items. For example, there were about 30 plates, but only 4 coffee mugs. Also only 13 hangers in the entire unit that is supposed to hold 10 people. There isn't a broom, and this would be very helpful to clean out sand.The floors were very dirty and need to be deep cleaned. The ice maker was not working and initially they were communicating very well. They came 2 times and it did not get fixed, but they never communicated again to let us know the problem or when it might be resolved. Luckily we were able to get ice from the big ice maker on the first floor- but had to haul it upstairs several times.With some attention to these details, this property could be 5 stars across the board. The end unit is really nice and you get 2 balconies. They did move 2 chairs from the larger balcony to the smaller one... would be much better if they had a table with at least 4 chairs on the larger balcony. I hope these comments will be addressed as with these changes it would be the best unit in the building!

The worst was ROACHES, we saw 6, one was in the bed.We did not call beacause we didnt want them to spray while we were there The washing machine was broken, this was the only thing we called to have fixed because we had 7 women 60 years old, so we had to have a washer, which they did fix. Mold on windows and patio. Cracked counter tops and tile flooring. dishwasher leaks. sink stops up. It did not ruin our trip but I would not want others to rent when you pay good money and walk in to what we was really bad.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit for many years. The washing machine can be a little tricky. For some reason, we have never had a can opener in this unity. I purchased one at Publix so I hope it is still there when we return. Also, a little mold in the keurig.

Awful experience Property not AS ADVERTISED!!! Mold and water damage in several rooms, appliances not in working condition, stained couches( looked like blood), torn carpets, exposed wall with no sheetrock, clogged sinks, and most importantly careless property managers with no sense of courtesy urgency or concern for guests.
