    We verwachten dat u achterover leunt, ontspant en geniet van uw vakantie - of u nu op vakantie bent of op het werk. U zult deze 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers lock-off appartement dat uitkijkt op de Gateway Pool Complex waarderen. U bent ook slechts een steenworp afstand van het plezier van het Baytowne Wharf-gebied!

    Wanneer u in ons appartement aan MARKET STREET INN in SANDESTIN ™ loopt, wordt u meegenomen door het uitzicht op het lagunebad. Het nodigt uit tot blauwe wateren en palmbomen die je uitnodigen om een duik te nemen. Breng warme zomeravonden door op het grote balkon en geniet van de tropische sfeer!

    De keuken is volledig gevuld ... dus als u een snelle snack of een uitgebreid diner wilt doen ... heeft u alles wat u nodig heeft. De keuken biedt plaats aan zes met extra bar zitplaatsen voor drie meer. Onze master bedroom suite beschikt over een kingsize bed, een flatscreen 40 "tv en dvd-speler en een grote badkamer met dubbele wastafels en een apart bad en douche. De gast slaapkamer beschikt over een queensize bed en een slaapbank, 40 "flatscreen televisie en dvd-speler samen met een andere badkamer. Voor uw gemak biedt ons vakantiehuis een wasmachine en droger, gratis parkeergarage en gratis WiFi.

    Resortvervoer voorzien van deze verhuur - Eigenaar neemt deel aan de tramdienst. U kunt hier tijdens uw verblijf zonder extra kosten gebruik van maken. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was excellent; super responsive and helpful when there were issues with access codes. Also, proximity to the beach was phenomenal. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved being able to walk around the wharf dinning, shopping and watching fireworks! Everyone was friendly and fun. We will be back.

Great location and condo

We arrived while construction was being conducted on the balcony of the condo; however, the owner made the situation right immediately. The location is ideal for a family, and we enjoyed our off-season stay.

Spring / Golf Get away

Great location, great weather! We enjoyed all the amenities of Sandestin resort and the surrounding communities. First time visiting this area. We stayed a week and loved every minute of it. We will be back again - hopefully sooner than later!

Everthing was great. If you are staying here make sure you take extra covers it gets cold in there.

Check in was GREAT dont have to wait im line just go straight to the room. View to watch kids at pool was perfect. Easy access to garage amd pool area. LOVED IT.

The property is exactly as pictured. Neale was beyond amazing and communicated back so quickly for any question we had. We definitely recommend this rental and location. We will definitely stay again!!

Great Condo!

We had a great week in Sandestin! The condo was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and it was extremely clean upon arrival. Whoever does the turnover service does a phenomenal job! This was our second year staying in Baytown Wharf and it’s the perfect vacation for young families. Something for everyone!

Beautiful and Cozy

We loved this condo. It was beautiful and cozy and extremely accommodating for the 5 people staying in the room. We had extra pillows and extra little blankets as well as lots of places to put clothes etc. all of the bed were very comfortable and the room had a nice big balcony overlooking the pool. It was also steps away from the village. Definitely recommend the stay.

Just what we needed!

We enjoyed our stay. The communication was great and easy to follow. The area is very well maintained and pretty easy to maneuver. I appreciated the parking spot in the garage. The condo was very nice. The space was great and decor was lovley. I enjoyed the patio every morning for cofffee. The area eventhough busy was quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful Grounds

We thoroughly enjoyed the properties and all that was available. Since we were off season, it was not busy at all at the shops and restaurants. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pools were lovely, with plenty of lounge chairs. The condo itself is nice but it could use a few updates, specifically a new mattress and dishes that are not chipped and stained.

The property is absolutely beautiful and private. Close to everything. Clean and convenient access to restaurants and shopping. The only negative is that the bed mattresses were not too comfortable. However, that would not be enough to keep me from coming back!

Perfect Family Getaway

The property itself was very clean, updated and had everything we needed for our stay. We were alerted to a small problem with the floorboards just prior to our stay but it didn’t bother our stay at all. We also had a problem with the WiFi during our stay and the tech/management was responsive within minutes to help us solve it. Communication was fabulous and friendly! We can’t wait to visit again!

We loved our stay! Everything about the listing was accurate and no complaints about anything. The location is perfect because the tram is included in the stay so we took it to beach each day then hit up the pool that is steps away and then back to our room to get ready for dinner. Then steps away to many dining options. Only thing that was hard was the garage parking is tight and it’s hotter than you know what down there so loading and unloading the car you needed a shower after. I would stay here again and again!

Perfect location

Loved everything about this condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. The view and proximity to the pool were so convenient. Something going on at Bayside Wharf every night. Tram to the beach was helpful. Only downside to this condo was the parking situation. When we arrived the parking deck was full. Having to unload luggage was not the easiest process. Other than that, amazing!!! We would stay here again for sure!!

Neal was amazing! Answered every single question with the best attitude! Always got back with me if he didn’t answer the phone at the time . Condo was spotless! Never cook in condos but this one was in tip top shape and we cooked . It was an amazing 5 day trip !

Great condo as far as location and cleanness.

No problems with anything, however I would suggest to the owner to have a small cooler in the unit. Also, really feel like it would be a great if there was someone selling beer at the pool, but that more for the actual property management.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved the condo. Conveniently located near the pool and Baytown. It was close enough to everything but also very quiet. We couldn't see the fireworks from the balcony so if you plan to watch the display, you would have to go down to Baytown. The queen bed was super comfy and the space was plenty for our two families. Neil was very responsive everytime I had a question. We were able to communicate through text which also made it very convenient.

Great Location Cute Condo!

We loved our stay!!! Right on the Wharf, overlooking the pool, and super convenient to get to the beach! This condo was really cute, and the perfect size/layout for our family. Once the beach adventures were done for the day, we could eat right there at the many restaurants on the Wharf, and my kids could participate in the activities, such as zip line, bungee trampoline, and stairway to heaven. The ice cream shops and snowball stand were a huge plus as well. The only bummer was that I didn't realize we couldn't rent golf carts unless it came with the unit. But there is tram/shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to the beach, and it's a super quick drive across the street if you want to take your own vehicle. 10/10 recommend!!!
