5275 Tivoli Way in Tivoli by the Sea echt vangt de essentie van luxe op het strand! Zorgvuldig ontworpen en ingericht met luxe comfort in het achterhoofd, deze villa is een stuk boven de rest. Met de fijnste afwerking en details, dit is misschien wel de mooiste vier slaapkamer aanbod in Tivoli.

Prive gelegen op een rustige cul-de-sac op het strand kant van Sandestin® Resort, deze vakantie plek is binnen vijf minuten golfkar rit naar het strand (of 15 minuten lopen), en op slechts een steenworp afstand van de schitterende blauwe zwembad in Tivoli by the Sea. De gratis tram brengt u ophalen op de Tivoli stop en neemt u rechtstreeks naar het strand promenade of Baytowne Wharf ingang. Onze villa is gunstig gelegen voor alles wat het resort te bieden heeft!

Hoge plafonds en gevlekt zonlicht lenen ontspannen sfeer naar de belangrijkste leefruimtes. Het opvallend stijlvolle en ruime familie kamer is ontworpen in gedempte natuurlijke kleuren met een vleugje zeeblauw. Er is voldoende comfortabele stoelen en een grote flatscreen televisie voor familie-entertainment. Het open concept ontwerp biedt gemakkelijke toegang tot de keuken en eetgedeelte. Met granieten werkbladen en RVS apparatuur, is onze keuken volledig gevuld met alle kookgerei, servies en gadgets die je nodig hebt om te genieten van het bereiden van maaltijden voor het hele gezin. Het eetgedeelte biedt plaats aan acht personen en er is extra zitplaatsen voor drie op het aanrecht bar. Balkon zitten is handig voor iedereen om te verzamelen en te genieten van een indrukwekkend uitzicht op de golfbaan.

De master bedroom suite beschikt over een comfortabel kingsize bed met luxe beddengoed, royale kastruimte, een flatscreen televisie, en toegang tot de afgeschermde balkon. De eigen meester badkamer is voorzien van aangepaste travertin tegelwerk, een diep bad, een aparte douche, een toilet, en dubbele wastafels.

Een tweede gast slaapkamer suite beschikt over een queen size bed, een flatscreen televisie en een complete badkamer afgewerkt in travertin met een grote douche. Een derde suite logeerkamer is voorzien van een queen size bed, een flatscreen televisie, en een complete badkamer afgewerkt in travertin met een bad / douche combinatie. Er is een wenteltrap die van de entree naar een bovenverdieping loft (vierde slaapkamer), die voor de kinderen den gebied biedt met twee aparte bedden en een flatscreen televisie. De begane grond wasruimte heeft een full size wasmachine en droger.

Place was beautiful. Condo sleeps up to 10, so one parking space is ridiculous. Also, the number of stairs should be made clearer on site. It was far down in the listing. But overall a great family trip! Thank you!

Large area but floor plan not great with location of bedroom/bathrooms for our group - condo really needs a deep clean - balcony view ok of golf course but was not cleaned and very filthy - condo had an ant problem - way too many steps (approximately 31 to reach condo with no elevator) - will not stay there again

Overall the stay was very nice. We had plenty of space for our large group. Decor was tasteful and the furniture was comfortable. We had access to restaurants and shops. Location to the beach was reachable by walking but made easy to get with use of the golf cart. The pool was clean and also accessible. We did have to speak with management a few times regarding the golf cart as it wouldn’t hold a charge. Every time we were treated with respect and courtesy. Management worked quickly to resolve the issues. One gentleman in particular went above and beyond to keep on top of the situation. This was very important to us as one of our members is disabled and relied on the cart to get around the property. While we enjoyed the stay the condo really needs a deep clean. I’m sure it stays booked and cleaning is done in a hurry to accommodate the next wave of visitors. There was lots of moldy areas in the bathroom around toilet rims and the tub jets etc. The kitchen had food splatters on sides of the island and lower cabinetry. Water tanks in the coffee maker were moldy. The list goes on. I’m sure some renters trash the place. That or the cleaning crew needs more oversight. I didn’t realize there would be so many steps to get into the condo. This was very difficult for our disabled member. This information should be clearly listed as it is certainly dangerous for individuals who are not able bodied. My stay would be a 4 out of 5. Staff was helpful, location great, beautiful condo.

Family vacation with 10 members, we really enjoyed everything about our stay. House was just as pictured we had space for everyone. Only issue we had was our 6 seat golf cart was broken, but was replaced with a 4 seat golf cart which was fine. Close to everything.

This condo is exactly as advertised. Lots of room for 7 and a toddler. Great view of golf course. The property is very well laid out. The golf cart is extemely useful, you have easy access to both the beach and Baytowne village with it, as well as a small shopping center on 98 with several restaurants and shops. Parking at all 3 is simple. There are a fair amount of steps up to the condo, something to consider if you have trouble with those. Parking in front of the condo is not always possible, but additional parking isn't far away. Never had to use the Tram but saw it regularly. We didn't have any issues with the condo the entire week so never had to contact management. We all loved it and highly recommend.

We had the best vacation at your beautiful property! The check in was easy and the decor of the villa is great. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, the beds were comfortable and the outdoor patio was so enjoyable. We had plenty of space which was nice. We had a hot water issue when we first arrived and the contact person took care of it quickly. Just a few issues personally for our family...There were 31 steps to take before you get to the floor of your property so getting luggage and groceries back and forth was not so simple. Parking is limited so our family having two cars did not always get a park in front of the property. Booking a stay, a golf cart is a must for us. The 6 seat golf cart was perfect, however, it could use some maintenance as the lights would go off from time to time when you would hit a small bump and the reverse and forward button would trip up a couple of times. Overall great stay!!

Beautiful and relaxing rental, quiet location. Our family loved it. Golf cart was wonderful, great for exploring the amenities of the property. Had a good time in the waves at the beach and at the racquet courts, enjoyed coming back to the rental for a home cooked meal in the well stocked kitchen.

Property was beautiful! Area it's in is beautiful and located near everything! Window and balcony views were beautiful! Minor complaints (drain was clogged, bald tires on cart finally went flat, one closet was used as storage and the items inside had to be removed so it could be utilized) still couldn't retract from how great this place was! Would definitely rent again.

This property was excellent as advertised. Extraordinary view of the 13th hole of the golf course from the screened in porch. It was a great location for quiet time with the Lord and just enjoying the view. We had four grandkids with us who had never stayed in a place so nice and had never seen the ocean so you can guess what a fantastic time they had.

The place was nice, the kitchen was fully stocked. How ever I do have a few complaints for one; the sofa bed was broken and very uncomfortable to use as a bed to sleep on. One of the bathrooms in the rooms had bugs and roaches. Also when I was booking this particular location it said that most of their properties come with a golf cart but when I checked the property we rented out did not. I think that should be more clear from the beginning. Other than that our stay was awesome. I also have another suggestion and that’s that they have more blankets available.

This house was beautiful! It was spacious which was perfect for our group of 10! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for easy meals. There were a few things we didn’t like, but that wouldn’t stop me from booking again. There is only 1 dish towel provided and 2 dish rags. The kitchen chairs and bar stools are made of some wicker material that is painful to sit on for any longer than 5 minutes. They really need cushions on them. The pattern digs into your thighs and left my daughters backside purple after sitting for too long on game night. There are not enough bath towels unless you want to do laundry several times. We ended up buy more just so we wouldn’t have to wash towels every other day. And the pillows are awful!! If Walmart wasn’t such a nightmare, we would have gone and bought those too but instead we sucked it up. Like I said, nothing deal breaking, just a few things we had issues with. The place is so beautiful, great view of the golf course off the balcony. The location is really great, easy access to the beaches by foot or car. A golf cart would really make it easier to get around too, but we managed! Overall, we loved it and had a great time! Would definitely recommend it to anyone and would book again if the occasion arises!!

We really enjoyed the ample space in this condo. Everything on the inside was very clean & had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The screened in porch could use a pressure wash though & the seat cushions could use replacing. We also luckily brought our own toilet paper & paper towel. If you are going to be in that nice of a condo, please consider upgrading the paper products. Just some small suggestions! Overall, very nice!

Everyone had their own space , yet we had the large kitchen and living area to enjoy together. The kids loved the loft bedroom and the golf cart. The only downside to this is the many stairs that you have to use to get into it.
