Zit op het dek met uitzicht op de Golf, het zwembad en het prachtige Stewart-meer! Deze eenheid heeft 2 kingsize slaapkamers met volledige baden in elke slaapkamer. Dit is een tweede verdieping villa met een loft. De begane grond heeft een koning slaapkamer met een 40 in de tv, badkamer, keuken en den met een 48 in tv en dvd, eetkamer zitplaatsen voor 6, queen size slaapbank en een wasmachine / droger. Het loft beschikt over een kingsize bed met een complete badkamer, aparte ruimte met ijdelheid / wastafel, zithoek om te ontspannen en te lezen, en een 40 in tv / dvd.

Het strand ligt aan de overkant van de straat, samen met The Whales Tail Restaurant. Er zijn restaurants en een voedselmarkt / tankstation op slechts een korte loopafstand. Het resort heeft een 18-holes golfbaan, grills, fietsverhuur, meerdere zwembaden, een basketbalveld, verschillende tennisbanen en veel groene ruimte. Toegang tot de loop / loopbaan die langs Old Hwy 98 vlak naast het apparaat loopt. Seascape Resort is centraal gelegen tussen winkelcentrum Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall en The Grand Boulevard Shoppes. Te veel eetgelegenheden om uit te kiezen op slechts enkele minuten van het resort. Seascape is een rustige, gezinsvriendelijke, gated community, zodat u kunt ontspannen en tot rust komen nog enkele minuten verwijderd van elke activiteit die u kunt kiezen om te genieten!

Another wonderful experience

Our sixth year in a row and another fabulous experience staying at Shannon’s place! We love Seascape and the surrounding Miramar Beach area, which particularly served us well this year as we had less beach time due to poor weather conditions, but our family of four had plenty of space to relax at the condo. Perfect beach getaway

We have stayed at Miramar beach and Destin area at least 6 other times and this was our favorite place! It is the perfect location right across the street from the beach and next to the pool. There is a beautiful pond right out back that my son and his friend loved to fish in at evening time. We took two 18 year old boys with us and the loft upstairs was perfect for them! It gave them their own space and bathroom. It was very clean and Shannon is super responsive to any questions I had. The kitchen is stocked perfectly for cooking which helps save a little money on not going out each meal. There are also beach chairs and umbrellas on the patio, as well as beach towels and boogie boards that we were allowed to use which was so nice! It’s pet friendly, which for us is a huge bonus! We will definitely be back and highly recommend. Honestly if all you bring is your swimsuit you’re set because this place has all you need to enjoy a wonderful time at the beach!

Seascape escape

The condo looks just like the pictures. Very clean and well stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen. Very short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again! Just a side note - the buildings on the property were under going some renovations (fresh paint, new window moldings, etc) so I'm sure the property will look even better

Labor Day Getaway

Great location! The condo was a short walk to the pool and beach. Loved having the Whalestail Bar right there too. The condo was larger than appeared in the photos, and was a perfect size for my family of 6. Make sure you bring extra toilet paper though; only 2 rolls provided!

Another Great Family Experience

This was our third trip to Patrick and Shannon's place at Seascape, and it was another wonderful experience. The unit is perfect for a family of four (which includes a 12 and 15 year old) and the resort offers additional amenities (some of which are free) when we need to take a break from spending all day at the beach. Patrick and Shannon continue to update the unit, making it even more accommodating, and the dining/entertainment available in Seascape Towne Centre offer added convenience, particularly during the crowded summer season. We look forward to booking our next vacation with Patrick and Shannon!

The condo looked just as advertised, perhaps even better than the photos.The walk to the beach was short but there is also a little parking lot right across from the beach access for when coolers, umbrellas, etc. are too much to carry. There was plenty of room on the beach to spread out for those worried about COVID, just not along the water's edge. Shannon was great to work with!

Labor Day in Destin

Upon checking in, we were more than thrilled with the location. Within two blocks of the ocean, we were greeted with white sandy beaches. The complex was immaculate and not a thing out of place. The condo was more then adequate for myself, my husband, and my dogs. Unfortunately we didn’t even utilize the upstairs which was so cool! The kitchen was stocked. Again when you stay, be prepared to bring laundry soap and extra paper goods. The owners were more than helpful with everything!!!! We would absolutely stay at this property again. Bonus perks. Coffee shop within 5 mins!

Second time we've stayed here and you simply can't beat the value. Great location in Seascape with easy access to all of the amenities including pool, beach, lake, and golf course. Plenty of room for a family of four (which includes an older child and teenager) to relax. Will definitely be returning in 2020!

The condo has everything you need. Chairs, umbrellas, sand castle supplies, beach towels, and a CROCK POT!! You have a spot to go fishing and all the rental spots are around you. We had a great time and will be back next year. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
