Voel alle gemakken van thuis, terwijl u uw zorgen laat gaan. Ontspanning begint op het moment dat u dit nieuw ontworpen herenhuis binnenloopt, op slechts een steenworp afstand van het strand.

De eerste verdieping beschikt over een grote open ruimte met de keuken met uitzicht op de eetkamer en woonkamer; genoeg ruimte om te strekken, koken, entertainen, spelletjes spelen of een film kijken. De woonkamer opent naar een eigen schilderachtige gescreend veranda. Er is een handig half bad beneden. Gratis wifi en kabel inbegrepen in deze huur.

Boven heeft twee slaapkamers die elk hun eigen en-suite badkamer hebben. De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een gloednieuwe kingsize matras en de logeerkamer heeft een kingsize matras. Beide slaapkamers en de woonkamer hebben een flatscreen-tv. Er is ook een luchtbed voor nog eens twee personen.

Beach trip

It was a great stay! We would love to stay there again. It was just what we needed. My only suggestion is to anchor the dresser or some of the furniture to the wall in case of a toddler pulling at the handle. We had a near accident. It’s really nice and clean, which makes it easy to check in and out. We had a very comfortable stay!

Overall stay was pleasant. It was super easy to access the beach. The place was clean and everything was available that was listed on posting. My family enjoyed the stay and will be returning for sure!

I was having problems connecting the wifi to the TVs in the home and i messaged the owner and nobody responded back. Had to figure it out on my own after and our of trying i got it. Other then that. Home was good! Enjoyed the pool!

Convenient location

Property was just a short 3 minute walk to the beach and nearby grocery store. This place had all that we needed in terms of space! It would be nice to at least have basic salt and pepper in the kitchen, while all the pots pans and utensils are provided you are bare when it comes to spices, coffee filters, trash bags etc. the only other negatives are that the bed in the larger bedroom (I would assume is the master) is terribly hard and uncomfortable, it would also be a good idea to some pest control in there. Overall our stay was good and enjoyable.

Decent except for cockroaches “palmetto bugs”

Good location. Not very clean. Immediately upon arrival we found a very much alive nasty cockroach. I immediately reached out to the owner who told me it was a “palmetto bug” and not to worry about it. Which IS a cockroach. We found another one on our 3rd day and the owner never even emailed me back. I definitely won’t stay here again. We also found a ton of sand in the living room and crumbs under the tables. Overall not very clean. With regard to the cockroaches, I understand bugs are part of every environment but these things are large and nasty and we shouldnt be disregarded. It would be like finding ticks everywhere in the Midwest.

Visited in Jan -feb temps in the 40’s slider was old and leaked air, so place cold most of the time. They also were in the middle of replacing steps on staircase never finished them even though they said they only needed a day so we lived with exposed 2x6 boards. Closet was also used as storage for material for steps so lost closet for storage

Interesting Townhouse/Condo

This property was in a great location as far as being able to walk to anything! It was a nice and quiet neighborhood and easy access. I wish it had been a little better maintained so that our stay would have been even better. The day we were to arrive they were installing new flooring and didn't complete it so not only were there extra pieces of wood and trim laying around, the floors were completely filthy. We also had issues with the master bedroom bed frame being broke and we had to kill two large bugs that were in the house also. This place really wanted us to hate it but we did love the easy access of it to chick-fil-a , the grocery store and the beach. Hopefully they will take my suggestions and turn this place into what it truly could be. A home away from home.

The place in a good location. The front bedrooms door doesn’t close properly, looks like the door frame is not in properly. A few things weren’t mounted to the walls correctly. Also our friends found a cockroach in there bedroom. I’d advise looking into that as well.

Great Location and a good place

Overall we liked the property and it's location and will most likely use it again. There are a few improvements that I would suggest to the owners and a couple of heads up for the potential visitors. I think if the owners install hand held shower heads in the showers, they would save on water usage and have cleaner showers. nice fridge and stove/oven but the dishwasher needs replacement (it does not clean the dishes, as the dirty dishes left in the cabinet by previous users proved to us quickly). There was a vacuum cleaner and a broom but no dustpan or a mop. Also, cleaning supplies would have been helpful. We bought our own... The sink stoppers don't work, we bought one and left it behind but you should look at the whole operation of the sink, dish tray, disposal, etc. For the future visitors; someone else had commented about the "cheap" amenities, they are! Bring your own. But a trip to the store (Publix or Walmart) is not that far unless of course you are visiting the area with a million other tourist which then can be a rather long trip with traffic. We were there during Thanksgiving and it wasn't that bad. And please make sure the dishes are clean before you put them away. It is a little frustrating when you go to use a dish and there is left over food particles on it and you have to wash it first. I am going to blame the dishwasher and assume the last person was in a hurry to leave. Again, overall the place is a good value for money and in a very convenient location.

Good location but disappointing condo

The condo is in a good location 5 minutes walk to the beach, groceries stores, shops, restaurants, etc. Aside from the location, the condo was disappointing. We arrived at the condo without any check-in instructions and had to call VRBO to get the property manager's contact info. It seems that the property manager forgot to send out any check-in instructions or any other information for the condo. After being on the phone for 15 mins, we were able to get in. We were told to expect an email with info right away but nothing came. The only useful info we got was the access code to the beach. The listing states that the property has a grill, canoe/kayak. We picked this place over a pent house to have a patio and being able to grill without carrying our own grill for 800 miles. It turns out that the listing is wrong and they never have any grill or kayak as listed. The condo was relatively clean upon check in. The floor downstairs was very sticky with some type of cleaning solution. The condo is stocked with some supplies, enough if you eat out all the time or take out food but definitely not enough to cook your own meals. Be prepared to get your own basic spices, flour, oil, etc. for any basic cooking. Last, we were disappointed with how cheap all the supplies are such as dishwasher liquids, detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. They might be from the dollar store, no recognizable brand. We ended up buying our own detergent and shampoo to be safe. Trash bags were so cheap double or triple layers are required. I don't understand the rationale for being that cheap with the supplies. There is no daily house keeping so for any family staying for a couple days, good supplies to keep the place clean should be ready. Overall, the condo was disappointing compared to any other condo I have been.

Wonderful Stay!!!

Summerlake haven is a really nice place!!! Close to everything grocery, shopping and the beach is walking distance. My family and I had a wonderful time!!! We will be back next year.
