BEACH
Island Sands is on the onsite seasonal beach service provider – you can rent beach sets and other beach items right on site seasonally

HOUSE RULES
• Minimum age to book is 25. Primary guest must remain on property for the full stay. (ID will be checked by the front desk)
• This is a pet-free property. No guest pets permitted, including emotional support animals.
• Check-in begins at 4:00 pm CST | Check-out is by 10:00 am CST
• Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the property or on the balcony or outdoor areas.
• Maximum occupancy includes all guests of all ages. Exceeding occupancy will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Before departure, please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher.

- Parking is free for up to 2 vehicles and is included in your reservation.
- Wristbands are required for all guests to use the amenities. We leave 8 wristbands in the condo for you. If you damage or lose a wristband, the replacement cost is $25/each. Your care and attention is appreciated.
