Let all your worries float away when you step into our house featuring a relaxing, beach vibe. The spacious, open concept first floor boasts a large living room with ample seating. Take in the views into the large backyard while enjoying a meal at the cozy dining table or kitchen island. Our well appointed kitchen has stainless steel appliances and lots of cupboard space to store groceries during your stay. Our first floor also offers a half bath as well as a first floor king suite with beautifully tiled, naturally lit full bath.
On the second floor, you will find the remaining bedrooms and baths. The primary bedroom contains a king bed, futon, walk in closet, and en suite bath with a double vanity, walk in shower with in-shower windows for fresh air, and separate water closet. There's an additional king bedroom with en suite bath including a full tub to bathe the kiddos. Just down the hall, you find the queen room with it's own bath and tiled walk in shower. Our 5th bedroom features matching twin over full bunks and reading nook for the kids to enjoy. All bedrooms have their own Roku enabled TVs powered by high speed internet with YouTubeTV and Netflix provided.
Nestled within blood orange and lemon trees, the large backyard space is truly a vacation paradise. Relax in the private heated pool, and enjoy a delicious cookout while sunbathing on the patio. The house is centered at the end of a cul de sac providing even more space to throw the ball around or ride scooters. When the sun goes down, enjoy s’mores over the fire pit while watching a movie in the backyard theater.
Sweet P on Penelope is in a gated community. The gate code will be shared prior to check in. While we have our own private pool, guests will also have access to the community pool.
We offer self check in with key pad entry. Your personal door code will also be shared prior to check in. Guests will have access to the entire property, excluding the locked owners closet.
Guests will have access to our 6 person, street legal golf cart during their stay. Save on gas and travel easily to the beach, shopping and restaurants. A valid drivers license is required.
Frangista Beach is an upscale, charming beach community located within Miramar Beach. With it's white sand beaches, glistening turquoise water and close proximity to local bars, restaurants and shopping, Frangista Beach has something for everyone.
Frangista Beach is easily accessible by both car and walking. We provide at no additional cost a 6 person golf cart to use during your stay. Our lithium powered, street legal golf-cart will get you from Destin Commons to the sugar sand beaches on a single charge.
Public parking with beach access is available at both The Whales Tale and Pompano Joe's. Drivers must have a valid license and view a waiver. Please read additional rules below:
Cart must only be driven on roads of 35 MPH or less.
Obey all traffic laws of the road.
Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
Store the cart in a safe area, always take the key with you.
Keep the cart plugged in when not in use.
No off-road or reckless driving. (Sand causes damage to the motors)
No driving on sidewalks.
No driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Always park the cart in proper parking spaces. (you are responsible for any and all tickets or fines)
No underage driver at anytime or anywhere. (ALL DRIVERS must be 21 years of age with a VALID LICENSE)
Please do not store or carry items on top of the cart.
Before the use of the cart, please inspect it for any previous damages. All damages must be reported before use of the cart to avoid damage charges on your credit card.
Any damages caused by the renter must be reported ASAP.
Never drive the cart with the parking brake engaged. This WILL burn through the brakes.
All drivers must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
Renter is responsible for all damage done to the car while in possession of it.
6 passenger carts can only have 6 passengers in it.
Please note, you are solely responsible for any citations or fines attached to our golf cart during your rental period.
