Unlike many standard Destin-area rentals, every bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom, ensuring total privacy for adults and parents, along with a half-bath downstairs for the main living area. Two free parking spots are also included right outside the front door.

​With two community pools (one heated seasonally) steps away, a full setup of beach gear, an ice cream maker & snow cone maker, a virtual arcade machine, and a fully stocked kitchen, our home is perfect for a stress-free Florida beach vacation.

​SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 8)
​Primary Suite (Upstairs): King Bed, private ensuite bathroom, large closet, Smart 55-in TV, and private balcony for morning coffee. A beautiful skylight lets in natural light (not directly over the bed).

​Guest Suite (Upstairs): Queen Bed + Twin Bunk Beds, private ensuite bathroom, and a Smart TV. Perfect for a second couple or kids. A skylight lets in natural light (not directly over the bed).

Note: The large closet is locked with our cleaning supplies, but the smaller closet is fully available.

​Living Area (Downstairs): Queen Sleeper Sofa equipped with a premium memory foam topper for added comfort. 65-in Smart TV with soundbar.
​Powder Room: A convenient half-bath is located downstairs on the main level.

​Eco-Friendly: We use high-quality, eco-friendly refillable body wash/shampoo/conditioner bottles to reduce plastic waste.
