The condo has three bedrooms and three baths, as well as luxurious living quarters and access to resort amenities. It can host up to ten beachgoers.

The expansive, open floor plan is bright and inviting, featuring hardwood vinyl plank flooring throughout and walls of floor-to-ceiling windows. In the living room, a cream-colored queen-size sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, and accent chair make up a comfortable seating arrangement. The setup surrounds a chic drink table and faces a TV mounted above a white entertainment center. Adjacent the living room, a formal dining table and six spindle-backed chairs sit beside large windows, creating a laidback environment for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The large kitchen overlooks both the living and dining areas. It includes custom white cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and an angled breakfast bar with raised chair seating. From this main great room, doors lead to a lovely, furnished screened porch that boasts lush tropical views.

The condo’s master suite features a king-size bed, beach-chic dresser and nightstands, a wall-mounted TV, and porch access. This room also has its own private bath, complete with tile flooring, a deep soaking tub, separate glass-walled shower, and dual vanities. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed, as well as honey-toned furnishings, a sunny window, flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bath. The other guest bedroom is cozy and comfortable, as it includes a queen-size bed and a twin bunk.
