The Space:

Designed with comfort and coastal charm in mind, this spacious top-floor villa features soaring vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams and an open-concept living area filled with natural light. Large sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony overlooking Golden Pond and the 17th fairway, creating the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach.



The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The living and dining areas are thoughtfully furnished with comfortable seating, coastal décor, and plenty of space for everyone to gather.

This villa comfortably accommodates up to ten guests.

Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy full access to the villa and Seascape Resort amenities.



Parking Information:

Maximum of two vehicles

Parking passes will be waiting inside the villa upon arrival.

Parking passes must be filled out and displayed in your vehicle at all times as required by the Seascape HOA and onsite security. Vehicles without properly displayed passes may be subject to fines or towing, which are the responsibility of the vehicle owner.



Amenity Wristbands:

Wristbands are provided inside the villa and are required for access to Seascape amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Golden Pond is one of Seascape Resort's most peaceful and picturesque neighborhoods, tucked away in the northwest corner of the resort among beautifully landscaped grounds, scenic ponds, and golf course views. The neighborhood consists of approximately 44 villas spread across eleven buildings, creating a quiet, relaxing atmosphere while still being close to everything Seascape has to offer.



The Golden Pond Pool is less than a five-minute walk from the villa, while guests also have access to four additional community pools located throughout the resort:

The beach is just a pleasant walk away through the resort. Follow the walking paths to Tennis Village, continue toward Lakefront, and cross Scenic Highway 98 at the designated pedestrian crosswalk to reach Seascape's private beach access.

Before booking, please review our House Rules carefully, as they contain important information regarding your stay and HOA requirements.



Your reservation includes all bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.



We also provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, and hand soap. These items are intended to get you started. For longer stays or larger groups, we recommend bringing or purchasing additional supplies.



In accordance with HOA regulations, we are unable to accommodate student groups or renters under the age of 25. No exceptions.
