Nightmare!!!!!!!

First off the property manager was Vacasa and we booked through VRBO so be careful when booking. You will actually be charged 2 booking fees with their current booking method The washing machine never worked while we were there, a repairman came the next to last day and I had to find out through someone else he ordered a part. .Repeated efforts throughout the week and nobody ever answered! They are a farce! Screen door to the patio broken, blind in the guest bedroom broken and the ironing board was completely shot. After repeated 20-30 minute holds on the phone I finally got VRBO the next to last day. They contacted Vacasa who finally called me. We left town with three bags of dirty clothes and our first bad experience at Ariel Dunes. The problem with all of this is Vacasa furnished us with an erroneous phone number to call if we had any issues, the lady I talked to actually worked for a competitor!! Nightmare staying on the phone in what was supposed to be a relaxing few days! Incidentally I have never written a bad review until now!

This place was beautiful! The only thing I didn’t like was the company they went through! We couldn’t check in early. And they sucker you into a breakfast but don’t tell you it’s about a time share. And you sign without knowing . The place is beautiful though! Would stay again!

Very nice property, this is our second year staying at Ariel Dunes, and hopefully not the last.

We love staying at Ariel Dunes, short walk to beach, great pool and very clean unit. Will continue to stay here if we return.

Very nice condo

Your condo was nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. Our kids loved the bunk room! But they didn't get much sleep the first night, because they kept thinking it was morning due to the light right outside. A curtain over this window would be a great addition to this room. Other than that, everything else was fine.
