'We had the :penthouse suite 2 bedroom. The bedrooms have good A/C, the rest of the suite does not have A/C. It is very spavious with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and a large patio. The kitchen had everything we needed except silverware, which we could not locate - hard to eat without that. The hotel is located over a 7-11 convenience store. The hotel is 15 min ftom the airport & transportation to the airport was provided - wonderful! There are no restaurants in walking distance....

'Perfect spot for the Mayon Volcano view. It's located near a 24-hour McDonald. The A/C in room A5 did not cool the room.'

'Friendly and welcoming staff. The location is perfect for viewing the mayon volcano. The roof top was perfect if you want to relax at night to view the mayon. They have a hammock. For the price, it's a good place to relax after exploring nearby pattractions. Walking distance to Cagsawa ruins. The only discomfort is, it's not sound proof and since along the national highway, you'll hear the loud noise of cars passing by. But will come back again , given the chance.'

Lit confortable. Smart TV. Services au chambre via le restaurant au rez-de-chaussée. Proche des différents fournisseurs pour les expéditions vers le volcan Mayon. Environ 15 minutes de Legazpi si vous allez au SM. Pour ce qui est de la vue sur le Volcan, oui sauf qu'il y a un gros arbre juste en face qui...

'Very nice property. Clean and comfortable. Wifi wasn't the best and some primary outlets in the room really should be replaced. Very worn out. The included breakfast was very simple but you could order a bit more if wanted. Not a lot of choices. Overall it was nice and enjoyable and clean.'
