'Older property but well maintained and clean. The staff were all kind and willing to assist with any questions. Breakfast was served hot and decent options.'

'We did not like our stay. There was a hole in the sheets and the refrigerator defrosted everything overnight. Apparently, turning off the lights also turned off the refrigerator. Find a better place!'

'The good: Located near the highway, many shops and restaurants (still need a car, however), large room, comfortable bed, nice Dove liquid hand soap and body lotion, decent coffee. The not so good: My room was damp and musty smelling and things were not as clean as they should have been; there was a black hair in my tub and another long one on top of one of the "clean" towels on the counter. The threshold between the carpet edge and the bathroom was full of dirt and ick, one of my pillow cases...

'The person whom we first dealt with at check-in around 1:00 pm seemed to be easily confused. We asked to pay upon departure but were charged ahead of time to an account we would not have chosen. She assured us twice that breakfast was on the second floor instead of the obvious dining area right beside us. Everyone else was great.'

'All staff were very helpful- particularly when I left an item in my room.. they found it and sent me an online process to have the item returned I gave only a four stars as someone — not sure who- overrided my handicapped room reservation— we were given a room that was for hearing impaired, which does not work when you have a broken ankle. But the other staff really made up for it by their help and we generally really like staying at Home2'
