'This was a Great stay but after I left I got charged an additional $25 for a pet fee when the listing says pet friendly. I messaged the host but have not gotten a reply back. other than that it was a Great stay '

'Check in was very easy. The place was very gross. It smells like mold and mildew. Everything was wet feeling. The towels and blankets were all damp. There was so much moisture in the unit. The floors were so uneven I’m shocked no one has fallen and hurt themself. The sheets were rough and very well used. The king bed sinks in the middle. The twin beds had hair in the sheets. The bamboo ceilings are falling on the beds. This is the absolute grossest place I have ever stayed. '

'When we first walked in, it was fun to find all the bedrooms nestled here and there! Very interesting and clever layout - the bedrooms are all unique and we had a good time deciding who got which room. Each one is nice! As nice as that was, it failed to compare to the amazing back area! There is a large, comfy area with cozy couches and a large dining room space - that whole half of the house has an incredible view of Lake Providence. This would be the perfect place for a family reunion - so...

'Really nice place. Hot water wasn’t very hot but overall it was great. We will stay here again next year if available. Great stay and not far from Sardis. '
