Welcome to our cozy home, where we reside on the main level. We're located on a beautiful 2-acre property. Our 1600 sq ft. daylight basement apartment offers the best of both worlds: a tranquil and rural setting, yet 15 minutes to downtown Missoula. You will love the stunning views of the valley, mountains and wildlife. We're located in a very quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Our home is ideal for families, couples, or friends who want to experience the authentic Montana lifestyle.
The space
Sleeps 6 comfortably with the master bedroom having a King bed and bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The couch sleeps one and I have a twin air mattress with extra linens in the hall closet.
Guest access
Access to the apartment is located to the back of the house. You'll follow the driveway around to the back where you'll find your parking spot. Additionally, parking is located behind the shed or on the other side of the shed. If there is a lot of snow, I will recommend you parking up top.
Other things to note
-You may see our dog Wally roaming the property, he is very friendly. We do not allow pets as we have allergies in our family.
-Once the snow starts we will do our best to keep our driveway plowed. We do have a very long driveway and if we're expecting a lot of snow, I will recommend you park up top in our parking spots under the basketball hoop.
-Our home is older with wood floors, and you will hear us walking around upstairs. For your comfort we have added sound machines and ear plugs in each bedroom.
-No smoking in the apartment but you may smoke outside. We have provided an ashtray to use and dispose of your cigarette buds. No marijuana smoking.
