The service received over the phone was exceptional in resolving booking issues of my own making as was the clerk at the front desk.

Unprofessional staff, dirty rooms, drug deals in back and people living in cars in the parking lot. Very unsafe and terrible conditions. Closed the small breakfast early, terrible example of a Wyndham Properties - Super 8 location. Plenty of other options in the area ! DO NOT get a room here.

Booked a room for one night off Hotel.com and paid. Then got to the Hotel itself and they charged twice for the room the day of and the day after. Took 120 more than what we paid on Hotel. Com so we barely had any money for food or activity for our kids because they took it and didn’t refund it back on card right away. Still waiting for the refund

The hotel was FILTHY! The carpet in the rooms are black, stained and smell horrible. The sheets and pillows smelled like sweaty men, like they haven’t been changed in months. Beds are uncomfortable, very spring like mattress and sunken in the middle. The bathroom has hair, mold and smelled bad.

Check in literally took 30 minutes. There were only two guests ahead of us. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it. The keycard entries had been deactivated. Anyone could enter the motel. The ratings were not accurate. It was quite and the water was hot which was good.

I had my 91 year old mother with me who fell and broke her hip recently. They had no accommodations for a room on the first floor and no elevator to go to the second floor but suggested a first floor room and have her sleep in a recliner.

The hotel was very old and poorly maintained. Cost was high for the condition of the property. Wifi doesn’t work for iPhones.

The bathroom in the I was initially assigned to had not been cleaned. Looked at 3 more rooms, with staff, that had been cleaned (beds not made, trash not emptied, dirty bathroom). The 5th room had clean linen and clean bathroom but, as staff noted, the floors had been cleaned. I accepted the room only because it was passable and it was late in the evening. Note: No apology from staff nor recognition of inconvenience. Next morning when I turned on the hairdryer, it smoked and sparked! Total fire hazard! Needless to say, I was extremely dissatisfied and left with wet hair. Only good thing was that when spoke with the manager upon my departure, he did apologize and gave me a full refund. I recommend no one stay at this hotel.
