'The toilet would not stop running and had trouble flushing. We could not use the hot tub because it was too hot and people's skin was red to the point of hurting. The desk said they called someone, but it was unusable. It was what I was looking forward to at the end of the day. Desk person came and stuck his hand in it and said it was fine. Not acceptable.'

'The carpet was dirty/stained. The microwave was dirty inside. The bathtub was stained and there was a spot in the floor of the tub that you could push on and it literally dented in. Fire sprinkler in the shower was very rusty.'

'The hotel appeared OK until I showered, and I didn't see the issue until I was finished. There was visible mold on the bottom of the shower. I showed the picture to the front desk staff, who said she would address it. I was very rushed for the few days that I was there, so I didn't say anything until I was leaving.'
