The scarf is not only valuable but also a sentimental birthday gift from my daughter, which makes it very meaningful to me. As soon as I noticed it was missing, I went to the front desk to report that I had lost it on the hotel property. The staff said they would try to look for it, but no lost-and-found report was...

'I booked this hotel due to all the wonderful reviews. Now I’m struggling to understand why people rate this place 10/10. The neighbourhood is very cute, yes, but the noise is unbearable. We had a room in which we could hear absolutely everything. The telephone from reception, people coming in and out, the cars… we couldn’t even nap after having traveled for hours. I was very surprised given the price as well, especially in CDMX. Yes the building is pretty and so was the room, but not practical...

'Clean room in good order, Janet was great with communication prior to arrival. If possible you may WhatsApp directly, very responsive. On-site restaurant is lovely. Walk to Frida Kahlo museum in 7 minutes, but may take you much longer as you stop by multiple cafes in the way. '
