Die Gastgeber sind eine sehr hilfsbereite Familie. Das Highlight war die Dachterrasse mit einer wirklich atemberaubenden Aussicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!'

Room is clean and has associated with small kitchen counter, and balcony where you are able to see blue Aeagean Sea. Anyway, glass partition of shower is gone or missing and never reinstalled. 'We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Grotta. From the start, they arranged for free transport to and from the Ferry Port. This was extremely convenient and cost effective for us. We enjoyed the friendly driver who handled our tranport. When I had a problem with a change in time on our ferry ticket, he quickly transported me to the Ferry ticket office to resolve so I could get to my ferry on time. The breakfast was spectacular. There was so much food and it was deliciously prepared. ...

'Very clean and comfortable. We had a great view from the terrace. The staff helpful, offering a map with detailed information. Breakfast was excellent. Close to the port, shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. We highly recommend this hotel.'

The only thing we did not like was that we gave them laundry to do and as long as you fit it in a bag, then they charge you €20 for that bag when we got the laundry back, it was folded in two bags and they charged us for two bags, even though we have been led to believe that whatever would fit in the bag was for €20 so they ended up charging us for three...

'Fijn en superschoon hotel vlakbij zeg maar aan t strand. De familie of beheerders zijn helaas niet zo communicatief, zeggen nooit gedag en check in was ongeinteresseerd. Msaar hotel prima, modern en vooral superschoon. Lekker bed! Helaas zeer slechte tot geen wifi terwijl ze zeggen dat t er is maar nooit internet bijna. '

'We travelled to Naxos for a week with 3 young children. Our host was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived and was very kind, friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The room was clean and was cleaned daily. I would highly recommend staying at this property as it is close to both the town center and main beach.'
