The house has such character and charm, with a real feeling of peace and tranquillity, despite being only a short drive from Mittagong or the freeway. This makes it incredibly convenient, while still feeling as though you are really escaping to the country. The house has all the amenities we required, and being both pet and child friendly was a real bonus.'

'We had 9 staying at Lavender Cottage and the bedding and beds were wonderful. The layout of the cottage was good, with dining room and lounge large enough for all, with comfortable seating etc. Surrounding was beautiful, and felt very countryside while still only 10-15 mins out of Mittagong. Great 4pm leaving on Sundays. On the downside, property needs considerable maintenance on appliances, heating etc, and outdoor cleaning on BBQ and furniture.
