We recently stayed at this VRBO in Moab, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of eight! From the spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated interiors to the convenient location close to all of Moab's stunning outdoor attractions, everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our trip. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the garage space for our bikes. This property was a big part of what made our Moab visit unforgettable. Highly recommend for families and groups looking for a home away from home in this spectacular part of the world!

Excellent location and great property
Located close to everything in Moab. House was very nice and clean. Was not cluttered so we really fit 5 adults and all our gear. Loved having a garage! Only negative was that it got extremely warm upstairs but we could have closed the air vents. Also wish there was mirrors in the upstairs rooms. We were attending a wedding and were fighting for the bathroom mirrors. Absolutely would stay here again!

Moab Parks Trip
Property is 10 minutes south of town. Well laid out with good space. Well equipped. Needs some updating, a bit tattered around the edges. Highway noise would be an issue if use of the patio is planned. Mirrored master closet door mirror broken with sign Do Not Touch. Potentially dangerous condition should have been addressed before unit was rented again, even is just to remove door completely.

Lovely Moab condo
We've stayed in a lot of Moab condos in this area and this was definitely one of the nicer ones for a good value! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and it was a great place to gather with extended family. I highly recommend and I would stay here again!

Fantastic stay
The property was just like the listing stated. The location was close to downtown Moab and Arches National Park. Tons of kitchen utensils & appliances if you decide to cook. Nice main floor master for my elderly parents. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is away from town which is nice. Neighborhood is safe and noise level is non-existence after 10pm which is a plus for those who seek quietness. Easy to go for jogs and get around. The noise from the traffic is at a minimal. Not once during the stay I had to contact the property manager as they did a wonderful job detailing things.

Unit 10A1 needs a little more cleaning
We actually stayed in unit 10A1, checking in was a breeze, it looked clean until I went to shower in the master bathroom and I thought there was a bug in the shower but instead it was a huge hair ball, the master bedroom floor also had not been swept, my socks were covered in long hair with tons of dust. Also a dog or kids ball was found under the chair in living room. The master bedroom bed was lumpy and should be replaced. Other than that it was a great location and we would definitely stay again.

Excellent property for Moab
Moab is just exploding growth wise with many overpriced and kind of crappy motels/hotels etc. This rental was really a standout for the area. It was clean, modern with great amenities all around. While you are in an attached townhouse situation, there was no problem with outside noises whatsoever. The only small let downs werethat the a/c is pretty loud (especially in the master bedroom), and while the view from the patio is great, it would benefit from having an umbrella and you are facing/hearing Rt 89 about 150 yards away. Don't hesitate to rent this unit if you are coming to Moab.

Terrific Condo!
We loved our stay in this wonderful condo. We appreciated the extra comfy beds and ease of access. We brought bikes so it was really helpful to have the big garage. My kids loved our stay and asked to come back next year.

This townhome community is a convenient place to stay while visiting Arches and Canyonlands. Nearby Monument Valley is a must see as well. The townhome has plenty of space and is well equipped. Clean and comfortable.

Great spot, everything you need.
The property was great, very easy to book and check out was a breeze as well. Instructions were clear with the virtual guide book. There are two pools and a hot tub as well as a grocery store just a short drive down the road. There was an espresso machine avilable too which was a nice touch. Plenty of appliances in the kitchen too and a grill outside so it really felt like a home away from home.. The only request would be an umbrella for the outdoor patio area!

It was so nice to have little things like shampoo, soap, and laundry detergent already there. It was a cold week and the hot water in the showers never ran out with 6 of us there. The master bed was so comfortable and we had plenty of room. Bike racks in the garage were much appreciated. Thank you!

Great race weekend!
We were a group of 7 women coming for a race weekend. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Enough towels for everyone, including pool towels. We enjoyed the pool! We were close to town and able to buy groceries at City Market, although be forewarned, Moab no longer uses plastic bags. Luckily we were able to buy their recyclable bags for 99 cents. And this also includes the tourist shops. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Wonderful spacious and clearn condo
Just returned from our stay in this beautiful unit in Moab! We are 4 adults, first visit to the Moab area. This condo has it all -- very clean, modern conveniences, beautiful views, a little outside the town so very quiet. So nice to come back to at the end of the days of hiking at the gorgeous Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point parks. Also very convenient to the town center with the restaurants and shops. We just loved everything about staying in this unit, it was exactly as pictured, well-appointed and just perfect for our group! Would highly recommend!

The house is new and really well equipped. The minor adjustments we feel are necessary in order to score 5 stars are: Please clean up the bbq. We wanted to use it but it seemed like two cows had been grilled on the bbq and not cleaned afterwards. Somehow this seems to be a general problem when renting a house in the US. Airconditioning is very noisy. It is impossible to sleep or watch tv when the airco is on. Although you do have a mountain view from your outside deck do keep in mind it is really nearby the main road which did not appear from the pictures. We would recommend the property but also feel better properties are available in Moab

Great location, great space, great value.
We love staying at these condos when we come to Moab - great value. They're only about 5 minutes outside of town. Upgraded finishes and fairly spacious. Great for sharing with multiple couples as you have the entire place to yourself including garage. Love having access to the pool as well.

We loved or stay, no one wanted to go home! This was our second time staying in this development.
Everything was top notch! Property manager was accommodating with any request we had. Beds were better than we could have hoped for. Sleeping on them consecutively actually had my husbands ailing back feeling better. Thank you for the wonderful memories, we will be back when visiting Moab!

This place was perfect for us. Everything was thoughtfully appointed--from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable and luxurious bed linens and bath towels. The living areas were comfortable as well--everything we could have wanted. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio for dinner and taking in the views at the end of a day exploring the area. Wonderful time in Moab!
Wonderful home away from home to come back to after long days on the trails. Furnishings we're cozy and comfortable and all needed amenities were provided. Attached garage was perfect to store/maintain/clean bikes. Bike maintenance stand was a nice touch. Thanks for the great memories. We will definitely be back!

Super comfy!
Well appointed kitchen and the bike stuff in the garage was nice to have. My husband slept well and wants the same pillows for home. Would you let me know where to get some? We enjoyed the common space and loved the view. Just a couple of minor things, such as a hair dryer in the master bath and some trash cans for the bedrooms would be helpful. Plan on staying here again!

Thank you Angelita, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. We bought the pillows at HomeGoods. We'll try to find the brand and get back to you. We will follow up on your suggestions and get a hairdryer for the master bath and trash cans for the bedrooms.

Very comfortable, contemporary condo.
This condo was great for two couples, offering plenty of space, well stocked kitchen and lots of sunlight. Owner was responsive when we called with a few minor issues. The property is in a new development with current construction and is several miles out of town. It was quiet except for traffic on frèeway at night.

amazing spring break in Moab
6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids) stayed really comfortably for 4 nights. Besides the obvious, it was so helpful to have Roku available for kids to be entertained at night. Very quiet, clean and spacious. A hundred times better than downtown hotels. We enjoyed morning coffee looking at the red rock through huge window. With a fully equipped kitchen and ample sitting options, it was easy for us to eat every meals at home, we even baked cookies. I have used VRBO many times, but this place was so far the best. That was once in a life time kind of a trip, so we don''t anticipate to return to this place, but I recommend to anyone thinking of enjoy butiful county.
