Great Moab location
Very clean and centrally located spot. Can walk everywhere. Been coming here annually since 1990. It's grown a lot and is a lot more expensive. A bit sad, but the rides/hikes are epic. Worth the bucks.

Great space and location.
This property is walking distance to two of the best restaurants in Moab and conveniently located near the Main Street and close to both Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy private parking steps from the front door. Unit was well stocked with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Place
This VRBO location has set the bar way higher than expectation. Clean, great location, well appointed with everything you need. Everything worked perfectly and as advertised. We didn’t need any of the additional storage space, but that is well described in the listing and check in information. Planning the next trip already and won’t even look for an alternative to this place.

Close to center of town yet quiet
Beautiful and quiet property. Duplex neighbors were barely audible but truly not an issue. Perfect for relaxing during a rainy/cold/snowy week; we had everything we needed. Sheets, bedding and towels all comfortable. Window coverings in all bedrooms are cellular shades for privacy and drapes to darken the room. Side windows have cellular shades too. Nothing on sliders to patio but there’s nothing back there so was not an issue. Walking distance to downtown Moab’s restaurants and boutique shops. 10-15 mins to Arches. Unit has lots of pots and pans, dishes, etc. full size gas stove and fridge are great! washer and dryer are new and clean. Entryway with area for shoes, coat closet and a bench for hats/gloves, etc. all helpful when it’s wet/cold outside. Owner was accommodating when when missed our connecting flight and we showed up a day late as a result. Would definitely stay again.

House was great.
We loved staying in this house. Everything was perfect. It’s in a great location in Moab. One thing we liked is they had a closet full of towels. So with a family of 5 you never have to worry about running out. Bed was comfortable. We will be back. Thanks for a great stay.

Absolutely Perfect
As much as I hate to admit it, I am a little OCD. There was absolutely nothing out of place at the property. Location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants and shops, but not high traffic on our street. Comfortable bedding, ample supplies, well stocked kitchen. We will definitely be back!

Perfect experience
We visited with a family of four. The house is spacious and very well organized! The kitchen is well equipped, with good quality knives and all you need (big plus for me). The outdoor patio is really nice, shaded and perfect to rest after a long day out. Location is great too, you can actually walk to breakfast/dinner places, still the street is calm and not busy at all. I definitely recommend this place! We hope to be back!!!

Loved the property: fantastic location in town, super clean/ new/ nice. Tons of space for the 4 of us. Walked in to town alot for meals, drinks, shopping. Owner responsive. Had an embarrassing issue with the property but the owner handled it fairly well. Kitchen well equipped.

We two 60+ couples loved this property - so easy to walk to restaurants and grocery; great base for road biking and hiking. Great hangout space in the LR and kitchen; extremely well stocked kitchen, baths, linens & etc. Very responsive owner - needed a wine bottle opener and it was provided within the hour! Up-to-date and easy-to-understand instructions for getting into the house and shed. Great shed for bike storage - owner even provided rags and a bike stand! We'd definitely return

This house was really comfortable. It was a perfect place for my husband and I with our two boys. We were able to walk to dinner every night, and we enjoyed the close proximity to Arches National Park and other hiking spots.

Great Spot
This was a really great spot to stay in Moab. Very clean and well stocked with everything you’re used to @ home. It is a short walk to Main Street with all of the restaurants and shops. You are also very close to both Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park.....as well as all of the trails for off-roading and bike trails!!! Check-in & check-out process was easy as well. Will definitely stay her again if we come back to Moab!!

So nice to find a well decorated and well appointed townhouse in a perfect location for a great price. Very clean too! After long hikes, we enjoyed coming home to this pretty place. Jack was very easy to reach in a timely manner when I was struggling with the TV setup. Haha! Older but can still tackle the technology

Great Place for Moab area
Very clean, well stocked and pictures are accurate of the place. Jack was easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay. The only slight negative is can hear walking around upstairs in downstairs bedrooms. So put the heavy feet people downstairs. But not complaining - really great place with plenty of room for the four of us to spread out. Cooked breakfast only and kitchen had everything we needed. Recommend staying here!

Perfect place in Moab!
Wonderful condo in a great location in Moab! The condo is beautifully updated, clean, and had plenty of room for a family of 4. It’s well equipped with kitchen essentials and laundry facilities (very helpful so we didn’t have to pack sweaty clothes from hiking). It also has a nice grill and eating area out back. It even had a good size cooler that we used to store waters and sandwiches in the car on our long days out in the parks. The location is walking distance to shopping/restaurants and 5-10 minutes from the entrance to Arches National Park. Jack, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked a few nights. The location was walking distance to restaurants and car rental. I appreciate the minimalist decor. The beds were comfortable. The owner left us a sufficient supply of toilet paper in light of the tp shortage. Thank you!
