BRAND NEW right in the heart of downtown Moab! Located one block off Main Street on Center Street. Bring the whole family, the family next door, the aunts and uncles... or just enjoy it all to yourself. Guys or Girls trip... you each get your own bed. Bring all your toys and safely store them in the oversize garage. Store your trailers at the back of the property. LOTS OF PARKING. The kitchen will satisfy the most particular gourmet cook. The temperpedic memory foam mattresses will allow a great nights sleep. Lots of room for everyone to stretch out. Enjoy grilling on the BBQ on the back patio. Enjoy the quiet and peaceful location.

We spent 10 days at Unit A of the Moab house in February. The host Deb was quick to respond to questions & concerns. The house was spotless and well stocked with implements and supplies. The house came with the use of a huge 2 car garage along with plenty of off street parking. The house was centrally situated in Moab so that the entire town, shopping and dining were within easy walking distance of the house. In addition, national parks Arches & Canyonlands were within 15 and 40min respectively of the house. We look forward to coming back next year.

Love this property!! Very spacious and just one block off the main highway in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. Communication with manager was very fast and pleasant. Moab Family Trip

This is an excellent property. Unit is thoughtfully put together and every well stocked. We had everything we needed to have a "home away from home" and more. The owner was excellent with communication, and the check in/out process was a breeze. The property is in the heart of town, so easy to walk anywhere. I would stay here again in the heartbeat. We primarily use VRBO properties when traveling and this is perhaps top 3 properties I've stayed at. A!!

Dream Stay in the Heart of Downtown – Perfect in Every Way

We stayed in both Unit A and B from May 1–4, and honestly, this was the best VRBO experience I’ve had—hands down. The place is spotless and feels brand new, with beautiful finishes, solid flooring, and one of those layouts that just works. Both units were super clean and thoughtfully designed, and the beds? Incredible. Comfy mattresses, high-quality bedding—it all just felt like home (if not better).What really made it special, though, was the location. You’re right downtown, within easy walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. We never had to get in the car once we arrived. That said, parking was still a breeze—plenty of it, and even garage options, which is a nice bonus. As a Colorado real estate agent, I’ve seen a lot of homes and short-term rentals—and this one really nails it.
