Located at Casa Moab in downtown Moab on a quiet street just one block from Main Street walking distance to local restaurants and The Moab Brewery, Chile Pepper Bike Shop, and Slickrock Cinemas. Hop on your bike and access the Pipe Dream Trail, Moab Rim, and access to Kane Creek all within a few short miles. Just 11 miles from Arches National Park and 30 minutes to Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. Also experience Slick Rock Trail within 4 miles, or a day trip to Goblin Valley or Colorado River and much more.

Welcome to Casita #4 at Casa Moab (second floor, one of five studio Casitas) - features an open airy floor plan, both inviting and comfortable. Featuring a plush king bed, a fully stocked modern kitchen that includes a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker will make your meal preparation easy between adventures. The open living area/kitchen has a bar-height island with three stools and a 48'' flat screen smart TV, offering cable and WiFi. In addition, there is a plush king bed, comfy couch, stylish accent chair, and locally hewn end tables. The bathroom offers a large, beautifully tiled walk-in shower with endless hot water.

Casa Moab is a newly-built luxurious property that offers five casitas designed for Moab's adventurous traveler. You'll be greeted with custom river rock and metal art, as well as a luxurious outdoor sauna to relax after a long day of Moab adventure. You can rent just this Casita, or rent the entire building with all five casitas to enjoy the most memorable group retreat. All Casitas are finished with beautiful finishes including butcher block and quartz counter tops, concrete and cork-backed durable flooring, stainless steel appliances, glass shower doors, bike storage rooms and individual heat/cool systems.

After a day of adventure, enjoy the outdoor shared sauna (private when renting entire building), then grill while gathering around the cozy fire pit. You will love your experience here while exploring all Moab has to offer.

Moab is known as the off-roading and mountain biking mecca of the world. Every Moab visit is sure to satisfy the most adventurous thrill seekers or visitors who just want to soak up the rejuvenating energy of the sacred Moab naturescape. Area activities abound including: river rafting, skydiving, hiking, scenic jet boat tours, canyoneering tours, rock climbing, paddle boarding, ATV riding, kayaking, horseback riding, ziplining, hot air ballooning, scenic helicopter and airplane tours, and astro-tourism under the most visible nighttime starscapes in the world. Overall, great property! Loved the balcony, sauna, courtyard, location. A few minor suggestions to enhance the experience: double the amount of dishes and silverware so no need to do dishes as often or run dishwasher mostly empty; dishwasher door rubs against oven handle; include basic cooking spices, oils, etc.; stock a blender; more seating in living space; sheets and pillow cases had a musty smell.; recycling instructions? Hope the above helps!

We used this as a home base for Aches and Canyonlands, which it is perfect for. You can walk to a laundromat and the brewery, but the section of town with all the shops and restaurants is a little further away. The apartment itself was great and had everything we needed. As other have mentioned, parking is tight but there’s plenty of street parking.

The rental company did not even respond about my code to get in the place until hours after check in time. Then the bed was slept in, bathroom not cleaned, screen door broken off. And try to get a hold of them? HA! The managers still haven’t called me after three days. Utah’s WORST vacations more like it.

Nice property. No enough parking for 5 units.
Could park 5 cars if they were all compact. We shared a expedition with another couple that also stayed there. So we should have had plenty of parking. Parking is tiny. Room was nice but balcony and staircase was nasty. Had to clean chairs to sit on balcony. 4 stairs instead of 5 for parking and outside nastiness

Underwhelmed and frustrated
The company Utah’s Best was obnoxious with too many emails and texts before and throughout the stay. I can understand one, but I got about 10+ wanting more and more info about me and reiterating all the rules. I also had to download an app for them. It was overkill. It eventually felt like we were being micromanaged on our vacation and they wouldn’t leave us alone, nor did we feel trusted. The studio was as bare minimum and not cozy, there was hair and dirt on the bed, food on the carpet and the outdoor fireplace didn’t work. The other folks staying in the other units weren’t considerate of the parking spaces and hogged multiples since they weren’t marked. We made the best of it, but it wasn’t what we expected for the big price tag we paid. We will not go back to this place and don’t recommend it.

This property is perfect for 2 people. Clean, modern furnishings, comfortable. Convenient and close to everything. Supplies were sparse, especially in the kitchen. Be sure to bring your own cooking oil if you stay here - frying pans are nonstick and there are no cooking basics in the house. Take short showers as hot water runs out. Despite a few supply inconveniences, I would rent this place again for a quick getaway.
