Dit lichte en grillige huisje ligt recht in het hart van Moab, de avonturenhoofdstad van de Verenigde Staten, is hondvriendelijk en biedt een eigen en schaduwrijke tuin, snelle toegang tot fietspaden en een prachtig uitzicht. Ga gezellig rond de openhaard zitten, in de comfortabele woonkamer en praat met je groep over je activiteiten voor de volgende dag of ga naar de eethoek in de buitenlucht met genoeg zitplaatsen om te genieten van een heerlijke cookout die wordt gesponsord door de privégasbarbecue.

Wat is in de buurt:
Slechts een blok van Main Street, deze drie slaapkamers verhuur is op loopafstand van coffeeshops, boetieks en verschillende fantastische brewpubs en restaurants, waaronder de Desert Bistro, Jeffrey's Steakhouse en de Quesadilla Mobilla food truck (voor de beste quesadilla's in het gebied )! Degenen die er even tussenuit willen, willen de Colorado-rivier oversteken en slechts zes mijl ten noordwesten van het Arches National Park rijden met meer dan 2.000 iconische natuurlijke rotsformaties en talloze paden, waarvan vele eenvoudig genoeg zijn voor wandelaars van alle leeftijden!

Parkeerinformatie: parkeren is mogelijk op de oprit. RV's mogen niet op een eigendom worden gebruikt. Het is meestal op straat parkeren en wie het eerst komt, het eerst maalt. Twee van de huizen in dit complex (Juanita's Place en 61East) hebben elk een eigen oprijlaan. Geen enkele voertuig / aanhangwagen mag op het gras parkeren en moet legaal in de stadsstraat worden geparkeerd.

The description on the listing of a Charming Creekside cottage is deceptive, not charming nor on a creek.The first two pictures are misleading. There was a patio but not decorative but dirty (had to hose it off) The second picture of Adirondack chairs on a deck were on a property two houses down. Also, did not realize we were in a complex of units…very close together. We were looking forward to relaxing outdoors after touring the parks. Between the shabby patio and trucks/bused parking in front us, terrible.

There is nothing charming about this property. When we entered we were immediately hit with a strong smell of mold and mildew. Once we walked through the house we realized this property is not what was advertised. The creek was not visible as the trees and shrubs had grown over. The hot tub was disgusting. There were no hangers and no lamps. It is a shappy old poorly furnished house. We arrived late so we had to spend the night there but asked for a refund for the two remaining nights which Vacasa agreed to, however they refuse to refund the fees stating it’s part of their policy. The amount refunded was not even half the total reservation amount. Stay away from Vacasa.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Right in Moab with easy walks to stores and restaurants and a short distance to Arches. If you are a light sleeper, the only drawback was the early morning noise associated with the nearby businesses such as trash collection and deliveries.

Overall, the location is amazing, but the house needed to be swept when we got there. The hot tub was awesome, though. And you can pretty much walk to everything in Moab. Very close to Arches. It was a lovely little getaway.

Great bungalow

Wonderful location just off Main Street with easy walking to town center for shops, restaurants, and other venues. This home was very clean and comfortable and met all our needs including hosting a front yard cook out for 15 other family members in town for a long weekend wedding celebration.

Great Location, Great comms. Not well cleaned.

We all loved the location. Nice and cozy for three couples. I think the owners will address the cleaning crew not cleaning the floors and the cobwebs. The in/out instructions are simple to use. Owners communicated well. Front patio is nice. Back patio is a bit of a mess but had a nice hot tub that worked well. Owners should add a dresser or something to put luggage on. Again, just an awesome location in the middle of the action.

Nice place to stay

Central location, with easy access to everything, but that also means it was a little loud. House was well equipped with everything you would need. 3 bathrooms was a big bonus for our group of biking ladies. Only complaint was the washer and dryer, as they need to be cleaned out. Funky smell with the washer and lots of dirt and lint buildup in dryer so items didn't really dry. But that was it, would recommend and stay again.

Perfectly Adequate

This property was clean but dated, although we did have an ant problem. If you're looking for a place to just crash after a long day in Moab or the National Parks, this place is perfectly fine. But if you're looking to hang out in a really nice, comfortable property, this isn't it. The picture in the listing doesn't really reflect what the property looks like today. We could not see the creek advertised from the property. There was trash strewn all over the lawn and carport. While the location is walkable to the main shopping area of Moab, we had people sleeping in their van parked right out front (which I realize a lot of people in Moab do; it did not feel unsafe, just a little weird). The furniture is worn and dated.

This is an older house, but it was very clean and well supplied. The hot tub was clean and awesome! We loved our stay. The location is great; you can walk to eating places, quiet neighborhood, over all Great! Highly recommend this place.

Fine if you aren’t cooking anything

We had a few issues with this place, the first being when VRBO sent the address they provided the wrong one. As others have mentioned this place does have ants and the kitchen is very poorly stocked (rusted pans, broken bowl). If you aren’t going to cook, this place if fine. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

Perfect location

We had so much fun staying in Moab at this adorable place. It looks exactly like the pictures. It is very clean, has plenty of space, tons of blankets and pillows, and is located in the perfect spot. You can walk to restaurants, stops, the drug store, parks and the liquor store. You really only need to drive to the National Parks and other sightseeing sites. You will not be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a perfect location for walking around town! Very spacious and more than enough room for the 5 of us. TV was hard to figure out as remotes did not match description name in binder. But we didn’t watch much TV…

Great location, but filthy

Right in town, walking distance to shops and restaurants, right on the Millcreek Trail. But this was absolutely filthy. Floors were filthy - I got about a cup of dirt, old food, dead bugs, and dog hair when we arrived and I swept up. After sweeping, I found a bunch of sticky spots that I am telling myself was bait from the ant traps I found under cabinet kickplates. Dead bugs on the inside of window screens, dust and crumbs inside dishes, and questionable cleanliness of linens. Washing machine was so loud on the spin cycle we couldn’t shout loud enough to hear each other.

Great Loation downtown Moab

This house is perfect for anyone who like to walk or bike around town. Centrally located on a dead end street. Nice small yard and clean hot tub. Vacasa is good at responding to guests. Plenty of room in driveway for my SUV.

Great downtown location in Moab

We really loved the location in central downtown, and it was very quiet as we were here in the off season. The hot tub was warm and well-maintained and the kitchen was fairly well-stocked. Loved having 3 full baths. Grateful it's also pet friendly (yard is not fenced, however). Since it's winter, the tile floors were awfully chilly and it would be great to have an area rug at least in the living room in the winter as tile floors are cold, as well as a couple of more functional places--hooks, a chair--to put things in the bedrooms. We tried to request a 3:30 check-in as we were early, but were told we had to wait until 4:00 for the cleaners. Check-out time is early at 10:00 a.m. We truly appreciated the cleaners as we left a pair of eyeglasses and were able to cach them before we have left town!
