Dicht bij het zwembad en tennis / basketbalveld

Kom en geniet van de comfortabele accommodaties nadat je de dag hebt doorgebracht met het doen van een of meer van de vele activiteiten die Moab beroemd hebben gemaakt. Deze accommodatie bevindt zich in de buurt van het zwembad, tennis- en basketbalvelden en een speeltuin. De 3 slaapkamers slapen 8 en er zijn tv's in elke slaapkamer. De dubbele garage biedt plaats aan 2 auto's of ATV's en de extra lange oprijlaan zal een aanhangwagen besturen. Extra parkeergelegenheid is in de buurt voor grotere platforms.

Annuleringen moeten ten minste 30 dagen voor aankomst worden gedaan voor een volledige restitutie.

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communication from the owners was very good. The unit was as described. It was clean and the kitchen had lots of supplies. It was very close to the pool and hot tub which was nice. However, the bathrooms lacked bath soap and there were no bath mats. Only one bathroom had shampoo. The TV was sadly in need of replacing. Poor quality and picture didn't always fit the screen. The beds were comfortable until you got in and out. They creaked and made noise, not conducive to sleeping. I have had better experiences in the past.

This was a great location with just the right amount of space for 2 adults and 4 kids. While it was clean, the carpets seem very old and give the impression of not being clean. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, silverware and servewar; and has adequate pots and pans. None of them are high quality but I get that when it’s a rental and folks likely don’t take great care of others things. There is just 1 super large cutting board, so it makes cutting apples for example, kinda weird. But we had everything we needed. We did have bad wind one night and I don’t know what it is, but something on the roof rattles in the wind very loudly. My husband and I were both awoken. None of the kids noticed. The pool was a lot of fun for the kids. Thank you for sharing your home.

Girls trip

Property served us well for our Moab and National Parks trip. Roomy and spacious. Living room couch and side chairs were pretty worn out and not comfortable to sit on. The living room television also had issues. The volume was either ear bleeding loud or so low couldn’t hear it at all. Luckily we didn’t spend a ton of time indoors anyway.

The condo was very spacious and it was a short walk to the pool and hot tub. The condo complex was a little bit away from the busy area of town and was nice and quiet at night. Our family enjoyed our stay.

Great Property, clean and in good shape. The front door of the property doesn't face a street so was a little hard to find. But ended up finding it easy enough. Just need to allow for that if you are coming in after dark. Check in was very easy. Communication was top notch. Thanks for the great stay.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was extremely well equipped if you plan to cook while you are there. We were there over thanksgiving and every pot pan, utensil, small appliances that we needed was available. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Perfect location, hot tub just out the front door as well as the tennis basketball court. You have great views of the mountain. The communication with the rental company was extremely smooth and they were available anytime we had a question. If you come at night as we did it is a bit difficult to find so be sure to look at the map that they send you.

Great clean apartment

We had such a great stay in Moab. The apartment was clean and cool when we got there! The instructions to get to the unit were a bit confusing - it told us to go on Prickly Pear Drive, but we actually needed the first street. Other than that, this stay was perfect and we would definitely stay here again. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed, plenty of clean towels for our use, and everything felt fresh and clean.

First time I booked thru Vrbo. Very positive experience. The check in was easy and the place was perfect for our family. Great home base for visiting Arches National Park and Canyonlands. Worked great for our hiking trip. Definitely would stay here again.
