Excellent location and great management!
Been staying on Williams Way for years. This property was perfect for our all adult group. Great location for mountain bike adventures with easy walking access to town. Great communication from management. No-fuss checkout procedures. Well equipped and maintained.

Fantastic property for a stay in Moab
The property is a nice duplex with an open floor plan, located in the heart of downtown Moab. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It is a great place to hang out between adventures. The garage was big enough to fit two Jeep's with 4.5" lifts on 40s! We would absolutely stay here again.

"Can we take this place with us for the rest of our trip?"
The title is a quote from my mother. There were 7 of us total and we all wish we could have stayed longer in Moab, and would book this home again and again. Everything was in great condition, clean and accessible. I was most pleasantly surprised by the amount of "starter" items available when we arrived. From shampoo, conditioner, soaps, laundry and dish detergents, we didn't need to purchase everything for our 2 day stay. Close to town and Arches. It was too hot to be outside, so we didn't use the fire pit, but it was very inviting as well. I would highly recommend this home.

Great place!
We loved this place! It was spacious enough for our family of 6 to enjoying spending time together. Its location was great! It wasnt in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Moab but close enough to get to all the shops and places to eat on Main Street within a few minutes.

Moab VRBO
The property is in a great location, close to downtown restaurants and shops. It was big enough for my wife, son and inlaws and we all had plenty of space. It is an ideal location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands which was the purpose of our trip. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Moab Weekend
Came down for the half marathon and 5 mile race. Big family and kids. We absolutely loved everything about this property. Well stocked, clean, cute outdoor fire pit, and close to downtown and a great river walk and pathway. I am a VRBO host myself and am particular about the places we stay. This property is tops, and will request again.

We had a great time staying at this property. There were plenty of supplies for our week stay, except the TP part! We had to extend our stay by 1 night due to weather issues, luckily it was available. Would definitely stay here again!

Poor Customer Service
Everything started out great. Then little by little things deteriorated. I requested to change our dates by one day for both the arrival and departure. I was given the green light and told that it would work. At which point I relaxed and didn’t worry about it because all problems were solved. Then things got weird. I never received an updated check in email or notification that anything had changed either way. I did receive my original email for the original check in dates and I assumed because it was close to a holiday that the property manager was overwhelmed and forgot to update my stay dates. But I never got a phone call or an email that the property manager had made a mistake and in fact they couldn’t accommodate my change requests. So I continued to assume things were fine. Then we got a visit from housekeeping on the day of our original checkout date and I told housekeeping I have communication that we’ve been approved to stay. She smiled and said no problem and left. Then 3 hours later as we were entering Arches National Park I started getting frustrated phone calls from the property manager wondering why I was still in the unit. Keep in mind it was a holiday weekend with a lot of family, dogs, and 100’s of dollars of food in the fridge. They told me they were going to have housekeeping go in and start moving all of our stuff to the garage and that we needed to stop our vacation and send someone to let housekeeping in within 30 minutes. Which was not possible as we were too far away. So I specifically said I did not consent housekeeping to start moving our day after thanksgiving mess, dogs, and 100’s of dollars of food into the garage. After over half of our party forfeited the hike to high tail it back to the condo and move our things out they were verbally attacked by the housekeeping staff who entered the unit without consent. Long story short I’m supposed to be grateful they uprooted us, split our party into two different units (which caused all other kinds of problems) and gave us a place to stay that ruined the rest of our vacation. I will not be booking with them again. I’m extremely disappointed that we were treated so rudely and there was no accountability from the property manager regarding the initial issues of the date change and lack of communication or the rudeness of the housekeeping staff.

It was definitely unfortunate that this guest had a less than pleasant experience. We sent a message to her within two hours of her inquiry about changing her dates letting her know that the change was not possible (this is all documented in VRBO) and that her original reservation dates would remain confirmed. Unfortunately she did not read the message. She also chose not to acknowledge that her stay dates remained the same in VRBO and on her confirmation, and that there was no additional confirmation sent acknowledging any changes and that the email she received a week before her checkin had the dates of stay clearly indicated. We communicate clearly and promptly with our guests and expect guests to read the correspondence they receive. Sadly, in Stevie's case, she failed to read the communication and it affected her trip and our housekeeping team's ability to clean the unit for our incoming guest. Luckily, since we manage other properties in Moab, we were able to offer Stevie other accommodations so she didn't have to try to find hotel rooms for them and their 4 dogs on a busy holiday weekend. Although not ideal, we were able to accommodate her free of charge (we covered the full cost) and set her family up for the night in one of our luxury condo properties. We were definitely disappointed that, despite our team's efforts and success in taking care of Stevie, her family, and their pets, Stevie was still unhappy and chose to leave this review.

This rental was perfect for us 4 adults and two dogs, especially with the enclosed yard. The location is close to town, parks and hiking and very quiet. We had a great week!

LARGE Common Area
You know how sometimes you see a living room photo that looks great but when you arrive it's actually tiny? This place has tons of room. It was super clean even though it allows dogs, and is an easy walk to the food truck park and several great restaurants. We would stay here again if we came back to Moab.

We have stayed on this street before and love the location. Walking to everything downtown, fenced in backyard for our pups. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It was just ok
The duplex is located right across the street from the hospital. Checkin and out was easy and the ability to park in a garage was nice. The place itself was fine. The master bed was not clean- did not smell clean and had quite a bit of hair in the sheets. There were spare sheets in the closet and those seemed clean. The backyard fire pit area was something we were looking forward to and we enjoyed a nice evening with the fire. There were quite a few spider nests in the chairs, but we were able to remove them. After the bed and the spiders, I then began to notice the dust in the fans and vents. The master bedroom was very dusty. All nit-picky at this point but kind of grossed me out. Overall, it was fine but I am not sure I would choose this place to stay at again.

Thank you for your review Dana and we are disappointed of course that you didn't completely enjoy the unit as so many other guests have! We let housekeeping know about the dusty spots and reminded them to keep an eye out for any spider webs outside :) We definitely would have liked the opportunity to inspect the bedding. It is a pet friendly unit so there is certainly some stray hairs but housekeeping thoroughly washes the bedding between guests. We always encourage guests to reach out with any issues so we can take care of the quickly so they can have the best experience possible!

Perfect location
We stayed at this property for a gathering of friends who hadn't been on a trip together for 15 years. The location was perfect for walking to the shops, bars, ice cream, donuts. Close to the grocery store for a quick run for food or supplies. Yard area was smaller than expected and the fence around the house blocked a beautiful view. We didn't spend much time at the house overall because we were out hiking or driving to see sites. Drivable distance to all national parks. Bring a white noise machine for sleep, sounds carry easily throughout the house.

This is a very nice property with many amenities. We had a brief glitch with the entrance code at check-in, but this was quickly resolved by a call to the property manager. The kitchen is a real bonus - especially helpful for us as we were preparing for a canoe trip on the Green. Thanks so much. We'd definitely rent again.

The property was spotless and was a great location. There was a ton of space for everyone to spread out. Thank you for the pooper scooper and doggie bags! You should list them in the amenities as we had brought our own scooper. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Mill Creek trail is right behind the house and we enjoyed it multiple times. Everything was very nice. Ample sitting, eating, and sleeping areas for our group of six adults. My one complaint (and hence the 4/5 stars for cleanliness) is that the previous occupant left dog poo in the back; some was bagged and left on the back porch, some was not picked up. The rest of the house was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and necessary cleaning supplies. The downtown location was great for accessing climbing and hiking trails. I would definitely book this again if we return to Moab.

Perfect property for Moab vacation
Wonderful condo with well equipped kitchen. This condo was clean on arrival. The bedroom situation was perfect for our family of 6. We did use the roll-away bed. The co do is located on the National park side of Moab so we could avoid deiving through town coming and going from the parks. It is walkable to town and there is a bike park just down the street. We loved the ping pong table! Highly recommend this property.

Great location. Townhome was extremely clean and decorated well. Large trailer parking on the street is challenging. We ended up dropping the trailer (28ft) in the oversized driveway and parking the truck next to it. We didn't find this to be a problem. We plan on staying again.

Great House in a great location.
A family of 8 including 2 children enjoyed this property in Moab. It was well kept, decently stocked, and had plenty of parking. The property managers requested we let them know right away if anything needed attention and to please not wait until it is too late for them to make it right. I took them up on the offer and they had the issue fixed the same day within a few hours. Everything I contacted them I got a reply very quickly! The property is great and you will enjoy your vacation at this property!!

Great house with a great location.
What a great house. Wonderful layout and location. We had a few extra family members and had plenty of room. We made use of the ping pong table and the pool is only a few blocks away. Only complaint was the watered down liquid soap in the bathrooms. The house is located just a few minutes from downtown Moab and Arches National Park. Canyonland National Park is a 30 minute drive.

Also, just a note for future guests, the pool is actually located just a couple units down (not blocks). About a 1 min walk down the sidewalk :)

Grandkids Vacation 2020
It was a great location in Moab. Still too far to walk in the heat but yet easy to get to downtown. We visited all the parks and they were great. The house was very comfortable. I have two complaints. First the check in time is 4:00 which is the latest I have ever had for a VRBO. The bathrooms had partial toilet paper on the rolls .We ran out of toilet paper our last night in one of the bathrooms. I looked for additional and found none so we shared the last little bit of toilet paper as it was past 9:00 and we were tired. We were gone most of the mornings and later in the day. I think it quite ludicrous that that is all they provide.

Thank you for taking time to write a review! Our check-out time is set to allow enough time for housekeeping to thoroughly clean the unit. With new CDC guidelines, we need additional time to properly sanitize the unit for our incoming guests! We do apologize you weren't able to locate the extra toilet paper! We do stock our units with additional supplies and if anything is missing, or you run out, we are happy to bring some by!

Easy communication when needed
We arrived at the house early after having car trouble and had no problem being welcomed in by housekeeping. When we had AC issues at the house we were promptly moved to a new house that was large enough to accommodate our entire party and pets. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this house.

Family of 4 in Moab for a few days for the Nat Parks and some Jeep off-roading. Place was perfect for us. Garage was nice for the motorcycle and trailer. Easy access. Well stocked kitchen. No issues whatsoever. Will stay there again next time we visit.

Close to downtown like expected.
Trailer parking was more limited than expected. House was nice overall, low on paper towels, toilet paper & trash bags though. Home appeared clean at first but found floors were rather dirty, turned our socks black within minutes. The neighborhood was nice & our direct neighbor came over & introduced herself. It was an enjoyable experience overall.
