Great Set Up
We enjoyed our stay. The unit was the perfect set up for our small family that splits their time between adventures and relaxing! It was bigger than I expected having stayed in a true tiny home in the past. The loft area was huge, but ceiling is low, so mainly good for sleeping and relaxing.

A few Issues
The location of the property was great. The unit was clean and perfect for the two of us. Cons: No dish towels to dry dishes, skillets were worn out, handles loose making it hard to cook. The internet was weak and at times could not even load the Google website.

Good location, very quick drive to downtown and Arches and a little further to canyonlands. Comfortable and clean. The property was also clean and well kept. Very quiet. I don’t know why some other reviewers called this an RV park as the units are more like tiny homes and have no resemblance to an RV. WiFi worked well. Would certainly stay again

This was a great place to stay in Moab and for around the same price as a hotel. We loved the beds and the loft. We ended up staying in more than we had intended but we don’t regret our trip at all. Great kitchen amenities, TV, and WiFi.

What else could you need after a day of adventuring? I'd submit a cold beer, but the full kitchen ensured we were able to keep plenty of those on hand too. This place was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room, well laid out, well stocked, and quiet. Would definitely recommend this rental as a great, clean, comfortable spot to hang out, refuel, and rest after playing in Moab!

Great option for Moab if you want room for four with separate bedrooms. Look brand new and very clean. Felt safe. Easy access to the town and parks. Would definitely stay again. No pool but not why we were there.

Nice and quiet little place
We had a very nice two-night stay in this house. It's south of downtown Moab, so it's quiet, and the owners kept the place nice and clean. They even left us some delicious cookies! Just watch your head when going up to the loft!

At first skeptical about staying in an RV at an RV park but this place was perfect, clean, comfortable and the owners were great. So glad we had the opportunity to meet them. We stayed here 5 nights as we visited the 2 National Parks at the end of our Utah National Parks adventure. It was a great ending to our vacation.

This was the perfect place to stay on our trip to explore the Moab area. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities to make our stay a great one. The "welcome" cookies were delicious and a nice touch. If we visit the area in the future, we would definitely book here again!

Super Clean and Comfortable
We loved our stay in this tiny home! The location was quiet and not right in the middle of things, but still convenient to the center of Moab (5 minutes) and Arches National Park (10 minutes). The house was super clean and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. My teen commented on how much he liked the feel of the fabric of the bed sheets. The view from the front porch isn't anything exciting - a row of trucks and RV's - but we did enjoy eating and reading outside during our short stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare two meals. Communication with the owners was excellent and we were totally won over by the AMAZING cookies. I would love the recipe! :) We ran into a problem with the AC but received a quick response and resolution. Our only regret was that we were there for just one night!

Dream getaway at a tiny home.
We were traveling as 4 adults so the separate bedroom downstairs with door and loft bedroom, both with king sized bed was perfect. From the initial booking online to changing of original cabin to check in to check out everything was smooth. We had one maintenance issue with air conditioning, but our phone call was answered immediately and someone arrived quickly to fix the issue. Two of us always wanted to stay in a tiny house, so this was a bucket list item and was fantastic. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and the place was well maintained and clean. From the private picnic area outside to the front porch to the fully equipped kitchen and bath, the beds and pillows were comfortable we can not say enough positive things about our stay at Edge of the Desert #15. Have recommended this place to several people. Cookies were fabulous too.

The way to stay in Moab
Anyone who has visited soon learned that Moab is 90% visitors. Although there are many hotels, our Rental was a very comfortable small house, with a full kitchen, separate bedroom with a king bed, living room/dining area, and three TV's. The laundry facility was within 50 feet from the house!. Our iteraction with the owner was great. I would highly recommend renting here!

Loved the tiny house concept!
This place was awesome and had everything we needed for a Spring Break trip to Moab! I really like the idea of a "tiny house" where you just have space for what's important and not a bunch of wasted space. The kitchen was well stocked and we saved a lot of dough by being able to eat in instead of going out for every meal. The loft area worked out great for a friend that decided to join us for a couple of days. It would also be perfect for small kids as I think it's only 4 feet high. Would highly recommend Edge of the Desert and will definitely return!

Comfortable and close to downtown
The tiny home was very comfortable and well maintained. It was close to downtown, yet set away a bit. It was nice to come "home" after a day of hiking Arches and Canyonlands, and just unwind. I was super impressed when we realized the air conditioning wasn't working properly. I e-mailed Josh and he was at the house in less than 30 minutes! It was fixed immediately. Josh was friendly and engaging, and made my husband and I feel like we were welcomed. I would stay here again if ever back in Moab.

Quiet and clean
Great little place that beats staying at a hotel for sure! Don't let the trailer park vibe fool you, the place is clean, quiet and perfect for a family of 4. The kids loved the loft and adults could easily sleep up there if needed. Bikes can be stored behind the fence without worry and there's enough room to hang outside to feel like you're at home.

Charming and convienient
Tiny House #15 was a perfect stay for.our trip to Moab where we visited Arches National Park, Dead Horse State Park and Canyonlands. We enjoyed a quick drive through town to reach these destinations. Edge of the Desert is convienient to many local shops and restaurants. The house was clean, cute and the cookies were an amazing addition to enhance our stay!

We loved our stay at the Edge of the Desert. These homes were v cute and the kids loved the loft and it comes with a TV to boot. When the Netflix did not work, Sharon stopped by to login to the account and the kids were able to watch some movies in the evenings. The house is v clean and perfect for an extended stay in Moab. We will be back for sure.

Nice, quiet retreat a little distance from downtown Moab
My wife, 7 month old and myself loved our stay here. The hosts made us oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. They offered to bring flowers into the house for me as a gift to my wife for Mother's Day. The house was well-appointed and comfortable. Very cozy and quiet place to stay that was a nice retreat from camping.
