We have stayed in different homes on this road multiple times over the years and we love the walkable location, the layout of the clean homes, the yards, garage and amenities. Check in and check out was automated and easy. When I contacted the management prior to arriving I was told this unit did not have a hot tub even though the description title indicates it does as does in the management company’s correspondence. I sent a picture of the description and it was not addressed. Three different people replied to inquires and didn’t read/relate to the prior person’s comments nor did they respond to the inaccurate description. In hindsight, I wonder if they are AI.
Also, in my inquiry about amenities, I was told there was no coffee, no coffee filters, sugar, and only a modest ammt of soap/shampoo in the home. In actuality there were plenty of all of these things, there was a hairdryer, soap pods for the washing machine and the dishwasher. Just what we would expect in a private home rental. The managment company seems to blend descriptions of all their different homes and attends to inquires generically. It is misleading to indicate a private hot tub is on sight when it is not. For an expensive festival weekend stay, we expected amenities described and personal support when needed. We feel that we should get some refund since an amenity that we intended to use after a full day back country jeeping, which continues to be inaccurately advertised is as absent as the AI managers.
