Adventure Vacation
We came to Moab to visit family, and enjoy some adventures. The house was lovely, with basic amenities. The deck in the yard provided a lovely oasis and the location is perfect for walking around downtown.

Great home, Great location but I would change the Management Company
We enjoyed our stay with a few exceptions. Normally I give all 5 star ratings but was frustrated when I called the number provided by Vacasa for 'any' questions or issues. I first called because the home did not have a wine opener and the TV instructions were wrong. The young man had never heard of a wine opener (OK we were in Utah) and could not help with the TV so I gave up and bought my own wine opener (first time I ever had to do that). Later in the week I called because I used one kitchen trash bag and could not find any others, and the garbage disposal was not working (I discovered it wasn't plugged in but after doing that it still did not work). The person who answered the phone for Vacasa did not know what to say so she put me on hold and then hung up. I called back and was told by a another person that I got one free garbage bag and that was it!!! Really? Also if the disposal was unplugged it was because I should not use it. I said OK, but the sink keeps backing up so you might want to send someone to fix it or your pipes will have a problem. She never responded but about an hour later a woman came and was wonderful. She was kind, apologetic and very good at her job. She apologized for the incompetence of the phone workers and fixed the garbage disposal. Apparently, the last occupants left avocado rinds and bottle caps in the disposal and then probably unplugged it. The maids never checked it out. Like I said, I liked the home and the location.

Ok, did not know what partial AC meant
The place was located convenient to downtown and a grocery store. , we learned upon check in that you cannot turn the AC unit below 72 and the AC has just one vent for the entire house.

Cute Place, Close to Town
This is a very cute place, walking distance to town which was very convenient. The home was clean and quiet. Our only two complaints was the swamp cooler kept everything very damp inside that made it somewhat uncomfortable and the enormous amount of coyote poop (and coyotes) in the yard, we did not sit outside. However listening to them at night was cool.

Fun getaway in Moab
Very accurate description on listing. Place was stunning when we arrived. It has great, quiet, well located. Well working modern appliances and gas grill. There were some little black beetles all over, as windows had to be kept cracked open for swamp cooler to work. Internet went down during the stay, property manager very responsive and fixed it quickly. Only problem was checking out; I could not get my CHECK OUT to be accepted.

Amazing location and property!
Everything about the property was amazing! Located downtown in a quiet dead end street by the creek. We’ll kept, clean, and updated home. Property manager was quick to welcome us and reply to our requests.

Nice stay, great location.
This property is a great find. Fantastic location, cozy cottage, excellent access to all things Moab. My only complaint is the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. After a long day of hiking and exploring you want to unwind and rest but the beds were so thin it may it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Plenty of blankets to keep us warm though, great shower with lots of hot water as well.

Moab 61E S 200- Great Place
This property is ideal for a small group going to Moab. Located right in the heart of town, everything is walking distance. The sound of the creek behind it is very tranquil, and the staff at Vacasa was exceptionally responsive and helpful with the couple of questions we had. We thought it was an ideal spot if going to Moab.

Great location, but needs some touch ups
We were able to walk anywhere in town, but the extreme heat made the house very hot. It did not have an AC as described in listing. It had a swamp cooler. The instructions on how to use it were wrong. It took us 2 days to finally get house to cool down. Thank goodness the local service man was there to help. It really needs an AC.

Secluded from the street, backing the creek but only half a block from main street and all the delicious restaurants. Also a quick drive to Arches Natl Park or Sand Creek Flats recreation area. Perfect place to crash and recharge for the next adventure!

PROS - Located in center of Moab, side yard, good shade, updated, cute decor, 2 bathrooms, roomy, easy check in, pet friendly, would stay here again. Hidden base for exploring Moab area
Good location that allows you to explore most of the Moab strip on foot. Plenty of street activity out front from a continuous flow of trucks with ATV trailers at hotel and adventure center across the street. We were out alot so it wasn't a huge inconvenience. Place is supplied with the basics but TV was not functioning for our entire stay which was bothersome during the evening and a rainy day. AC is loud and a fan must be used to get any circulation. Shared laundry in the cellar is not pleasant but appliances work.

Excellent location, functional stay!
The location for the unit is great - it's just by downtown and so close to the parks. The checkin process was a breeze with the lockbox, but there was some booking / confirmation confusion with the invoicing via Vacasa as we had two pets and needed to pay an additional fee. The unit itself was as pictured. I was sad the yard wasn't fully fenced for the pups, but it was still nice to have green space for them. There was a sign asking visitors to take their shoes off, but the floors didn't feel terribly clean on my feet (felt like there might be residual dirt), so that was a bit sub-ideal. The kitchen and bathroom were clean. There was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash (as far as we saw anyway), but there were towels and hand soap. Kitchen had all the essentials - pots, pans, silverware, etc and the fridge & freezer were clean. Overall, a good place to stay as a jumping off place for exploring Moab and the parks!

Great location
The home was amazing- location was great. On site laundry was super convenient. The house itself was really attractive and felt spacious for all of us! The beds are a disaster- terribly uncomfortable. One person in our group actually purchased a foam mattress topper to use while we were there, they were that bad. The house itself was not that clean. The floors under beds and in corners were completely filled with dust and hair and spiderwebs. But overall this place was amazing and we would stay there again!

Really enjoyed our stay hear. 61 E is beautifully decorated, has a very well equipped kitchen, nice grill, comfortable beds and a good amount of space. There were only 2 of us but it would still be very comfortable with 4. The outdoor space backing to Mill Creek was wonderful.

Over the place. Exactly as advertised. Would rent it again. Only issue was driveway was blocked. Fortunately on our return not when trying to leave. Need better signs. And although it was super dog friendly, no gate in stone wall on west side. Dog got out on road.

Great location, cute place but read the fine print
The positives: - Great location - Super cute interior, nice space, nicely stocked kitchen - Great showers and comfortable mattresses The drawbacks: - The bedrooms and bathrooms have NO heat (or AC). The main area stayed comfortable, but as soon as you walk into the back area -- brrrrr! The house needs twice as many extra blankets stocked as they currently have for winter months -- there were only two of us, and we used all 3 between us and were still cold. - No propane grill available, as noted in the listing. - The big fireplace in the listing pictures is decorative only. My bad for not checking the ammenities list, but the listing should directly state as much. The big fireplace was one of the main reasons I booked this place for January.

Hi, Amy! New blankets and a new BBQ have been purchased and added, and the fireplace photo has been removed since it is not available. Heat vents are scheduled to be inspected. Perfect Location! Kitchen Poorly Stocked.
Location is premium, which is why we were willing to pay a premium. However, the cleanliness and lack of kitchen supplies was unacceptable. Due to covid we only eat at home and the kitchen needs a restocking of supplies. We twice text the rental company, Vacasa, while we were there with no response. We responded to them with this information upon our return and still no response. No cutting board Spatula broken Chipped plates and only 4 small ones Food crumbs in drawers Kitchen floor dirty that was easily cleaned with a Clorox wipe 2 ice trays and one was broken Black stains in both toilets Only 2 kitchen towels and 1 hot pad Mismatch of utensils that are old and many are bent Lots of Tupperware tops, but only 2 containers, one of which is being used for ice Toenail clippings on outside table Lock on kitchen entry door is very difficult to lock/unlock. We ended up using the living room door. Master bath - floor behind vanity and back of vanity needs a cleaning 2nd Bath - light bulb needs to be replaced Kitchen - light bulb right of sink needs to be replaced. I had better kitchen tools and supplies when I was a poor college student over 20 years ago. I’ve rented many VRBO’s and never felt the need to keep a list of complaints. We paid a premium which is why I feel the need to complain. Either lower the price, or provide these simple things and especially with Covid, please pay more attention to the cleaning.

Great Location
We had a great stay here. The property is not quite as private as the listing seems, as there are multiple in a single area so having the windows open at night to keep everything cool was a bit loud depending on who our neighbors were, but overall it's a great place to stay-clean, close to all amenities, and perfect for our group to explore Moab.

We are not hotel people. This is a little oasis - right in town, but near the stream, shaded by lots of trees and its quiet. Management was extremely helpful and responsive, place is perfectly designed for its purpose. So glad we did NOT stay anywhere else.

Nice, quiet place near downtown
This was our second time to Moab and our first time staying near town. The place was easy to find, quiet and within a couple blocks from the center of town. We had everything we needed at the house and having a clean washer/dryer was a bonus! My wife and I truly enjoyed our time in Moab. We'll be back again soon!

Perfect fit & location
Cute, cozy, comfortable & right in the heart of town. Appreciated that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. There's also a small stream out back with a walking path. Thanks for allowing our dogs to stay too, it's a better vacation with them by our side!

Beautiful, impeccable, welcoming home

The property is in a wonderful location. It is on the creek and you can easily walk to main street.
Overall experience was overall great! A couple of things I would note. I was cold and there were not extra blankets. Also several lights were out. We had to replace the bulbs. The kitchen is great, but sparsely equipped with silverware, plates and glasses. Had to wash dishes each meal with 4 people. These are the kinds of things you notice when you stay in a place.

Comfortable, good location
This is a great house in a great location. It’s very comfortable and clean and spacious. The only negatives were the WiFi is terrible. Usually not a big deal on a vacation but we needed to do some work so that was disappointing. Otherwise a great stay.

Lovely little house
My husband and I shared the creekside house with another couple for two nights while visiting Arches National Park. The accommodations were perfect. The house was very clean and roomy. The kitchen has very nice appliances and is well equipped for cooking if you’re into that. Both bedrooms and baths were nice and beds were comfortable. It was nice to have the living room to hang out together. It was a great location for access to the park as well as being able to walk to restaurants and shops in downtown Moab. Having laundry facilities on the property was a plus. The property manager was pleasant and responsive. My only suggestion would be to improve the lighting on the stairway to the laundry room,
