'The location was great and the accommodations were good. The main reason we booked here was because of the hot Rob. We did a lot of hiking and wanted to be able to relax in the evenings. The tub was broken and when I asked about it I was told they drain it every Sunday even though I asked on Saturday. Then I got a different story on Sunday. We never did get to use it.
The home was stocked well which was what we were looking for as we wanted a kitchen so we could cook. They supplied a few spices...

'The plates and spoons are dirty. I need to wash them again. The Wi-Fi is not working. We have to reboot it. The TV is not connected to the Wi-Fi. The gate code is not working. I tried to contact customer service by calling, emailing, and texting. It takes 2 hr for someone to get back to me. '

'This was just what we wanted, a cute, comfortable and walkable place to stay! Other guests were friendly and quiet, we were able to park our car after a day of hiking and not get back in for the night as we walked the town for dinners, drinks, and fun. '
