Perfect stay in Moab
The property was one of our favorites to date! It was clean, cozy and cute! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was an easy drive to town. We had a perfect stay!

Beautiful Property
Clean, spacious, accommodating! This property was truly our oasis to escape from the triple digit Moab temperatures. We felt at home with the decor. Loved the huge shower and sauna. My only complaint is for VRBO and NOT the property owner, The VRBO app would not load, therefore we didnt have check in instructions. Good thing I had written down the property address prior to arrival.

This house was beautifully decorated and had so many unique features. The views were lovely, and only a short drive to town. We enjoyed the hot tub, patio, and grill. The master suite is quite impressive. I loved the sauna and there was plenty of space inside for 2 maybe 3 people. The steam shower with various heads and sprayers and mood lighting was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked and had a good number of seasonings. The host went out if her way to make sure our stay was perfect.

Owner entered property without notice or consent
The owner entered the property without notifying or trying to contact us first. After informing her of our findings, she claims this was to get chemicals for the spa. We would have never known, but she left the garage door open which leads directly into the house from a door that has no lock. Anyone could have entered this house while we were gone for the day. We went on a river rafting trip that day, so we left our valuables back at the house, diamond wedding rings, iPad, wife’s purse with credit cards, personal info, etc. I informed her through VRBO message that we captured everything on my dash cam from the time we left the garage to the time we pulled back in front of it as it was open. She then admitted that she left it open and apologized. Nothing went missing, but this could have been really bad for everyone. IMO, she went snooping around the house to see what kind of guest she had.

Moab Retreat!
Great stay with friends while doing some Moab off-roading. The condo exceeded expectations . Great southwest decorating, fully stocked kitchen, relaxing hot tub, and amazing master bath with huge walk in steam shower and a sauna. The condo was immaculate. A great stay in a perfect location for all things Moab!

We had the best stay. This house is the most comfortable house we have ever stayed at, and we travel a lot! The pictures do not do it justice. So much thought has been put into this unit to make staying here perfect. The fireplaces, oversized bathroom, amazing shower, high-end appliances, amazing views, large and private hot tub, extremely comfortable beds….. I could go on and on. We literally didn’t want to leave! If you are looking for a place to stay in Moab, it doesn’t get better than this unit!!! I highly recommend it!

Awesome location for Moab Adventures
We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s property! Debbie quickly answered any questions we had. The house was exactly as listed. I loved all the little extras Debbie provided (plenty of toilet paper, Kleenex, trash bags, laundry soap, etc). It’s always nice when traveling not to have to purchase all the little necessities just for a few days. The house was in the perfect location to visit Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse. It was nice to have the hot tub and sauna after a day hiking. We had a great first visit to Moab and would definitely recommend this property.

Great Place!
When we arrived at the property, we discovered it had not been cleaned/prepped for us. One call to Debbie the owner/manager & she was on it. They cleaned the unit while we went to dinner. She & her husband even stopped by to pay us for our dinner & make sure we were happy with the house. A few days later the dishwasher had a snafu & it was fixed by the time we got back for the day. Loved the hot tub each evening! Our friends took the master bedroom & raved about the spa shower. The unit was stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. We could not have asked for a better rental, better manager, or better location!! We can’t wait to return to this property!

our 4th trip to Moab and this property is the favorite so far! our only issue was having a truck and trailer and parking being a little bit away from unit, but that was an exception as we normally fly. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous and well- supplied with all your needs. The personal hot tub and sauna were an outstanding feature after riding all day! Would recommend 10/10

We stayed here in mid-August while visiting Moab as part of a 25th wedding anniversary trip. We LOVED this home! So comfortable and it had everything we needed to make our stay fantastic. It is about 5 minutes or so out of Moab proper, but it's a quick drive and nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. It's wonderfully decorated and the beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable-somewhat soft. A variety of pillows and plenty of blankets were available. Very nice appliances and cookware. Wonderful place for our family to stay! Bunk beds were perfect and the steam shower was SO WONDERFUL after several good hikes! The only possible drawback is it’s just down the street from a pot farm, which isn’t bad at all if you are okay with the smell. Didn’t bother us much but it is odiferous and probably good for some to know about ahead of time.

The Moab retreat was a great place for our families vacation. Every square foot of the retreat was utilized well for a family with beautiful Utah artwork, pottery, and decor in every room. Pool access was an easy walk and the steam shower and sauna were wonderful after a long hiking day! Great location for trails, the La Sal mountain range and both Arches and canyonlands national Parks. We will be back!

You'll love it
Fantastic property in So Moab! A lot of personal touches- from design to decor. Excellent master suite- sauna, large shower, large closet, washer and dryer, entertainment system, fireplace, and direct access to hot tub. Lots of room to relax! Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Nice appliances. You'll feel right at home! We rented the unit for a weekend of mountain biking with our teenage kids. This property was a great home base. Breakfasts at home, biking all day, hot tub at night to relax muscles and joints. Space for everyone to have some quiet time and unwind before bed. Everyone slept really well. This one is a winner! Also, property owners are really great. Property is well managed and owners are responsive if needed. Thanks for a great weekend!
