Ontspan en kom tot rust na een volledige dag vol activiteiten in Moab. Geweldig uitzicht op het LaSal-gebergte vanaf de ruime bi-level Rim Vista-hoekeenheid. Deze nieuwe eenheid biedt u de beste locatie in de gemeenschap tegenover het zwembad en de hot tub, met voldoende ruimte om te parkeren. Word wakker met verse koffie door uw Keurig-maker. Geniet van het grillen op de gas-BBQ, terwijl u zit op het privéterras met middag- en avondzon. Geen petten of zorgen op internetsnelheden - onbeperkte 1 Gb (1 GB) internetsnelheid geleverd door glasvezel voor al uw streamingbehoeften.

Dit stadshuis heeft een garage voor twee wagens om alle voertuigen en speelgoed te beveiligen. Op de begane grond vindt u een grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed, een eigen badkamer en een eigen flatscreen-tv. Er is voldoende keukenblok met een combinatie van een eettafel en een ontbijtbar. De ruime woonkamer heeft een open haard op gas, een bank en een 50-inch flatscreen met kabel-tv. Wasmachine en droger bevinden zich ook op de begane grond.

De twee slaapkamers boven zijn elk ingericht met queensize bedden en flatscreen-tv's. Het hok kijkt uit op de woonkamer en heeft een uitschuifbare slaapbank. Er zijn vellen aanwezig in de eenheid. Een complete badkamer bevindt zich ook op de bovenste verdieping.

Annuleringen moeten ten minste 30 dagen voor aankomst worden gedaan voor een volledige restitutie.

This house was so great for our family. The girls loved the decorated rooms. We all loved being able to walk right out the garage to the pool. I love that it is close enough to all of the attractions, shops, and restaurants without the noise and traffic of "downwn". The house was very clean with the exception of the HVAC air return vent. We vacuumed it, and were fine. We would highly recommend staying here!

What a great spot! We used this charming townhouse as a home base for exploring the town of Moab, hikes on Highway 128, and of course Arches and Canyonlands. The easy access to the pool was a gift on hot afternoons and their hospitality was beyond! They have thought of everything you need!

Great amenities

This location is great close to pool and park. The amenities are plentiful in the kitchen, towels, additional blankets. Also so thoughtful in the game room with toys and books for littles. The only thing I can suggest is a good deep clean. The vents were completely covered in dust and dirt along with the corners and closets filled with dust. Also there maybe an issue with a drain as there was a bad smell. The overall stay was wonderful and appreciate the hospitality and would stay here again.

Great Place in Moab

Very clean, very well furnished, and equipped. Was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights while we visited the nearby national parks. Quiet and spacious. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool which was a nice way to end the day.

Beautiful place, great area, rude management

The place was beautiful and very clean other than some marks/spots on the wall. There were a few things that were not working during our stay (toaster, garage door opener) and the upstairs rooms were very hot. It took us until the last day to figure out there was a time setting that upped the temp to 75 in the middle of the night. We were able to fiddle with it to change the setting. None of that would’ve been a huge deal for us. The problem came with the checkout time and a property manager lady. The property management company sent five separate emails prior to getting there and two texts. That’s on top of the messages from VRBO. After so many messages you start to tune them out. On some of the information the checkout time was listed as 10 and on other information it said 11. They also sent two more text messages toward the end of the stay that said checkout was 10 but by that time I had started to zone out the many messages to just enjoy the trip. I went with the 11 checkout time as that was what was in the management provided book. At 10:08 a woman knocked on the door, no hello her first words were your checkout was at 10. She promptly walked right in. She was condescending when we alerted her some of the materials said 11 to which she stated we assumed people would go off the text since that’s the newest information. When showed the book that listed the wrong time she then threw the homeowner under the bus saying they’ve been trying to get them to change it. Very rude.

My family had a wonderful time in this property. The house itself was very homey and had everything you need. It even had toys for the kids and games for the adults which kept everyone happy and having fun. The pool was right across the street which was very convenient. National Park Family Vacation

The home is as described and very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone to eat together and enjoy games or some TV time. Loved the outside patio and grill and it was directly across from the pool area. We visited Aches and Canyonland while we were in Moab. The brewery in town had good food and the staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend renting this home if visiting Moab.

Great location. Second time staying there. Clean, very well stocked with everything we needed. Could have used a crockpot. Only down was a tile in the kitchen had a piece missing. Noticed it last year but this year we had a crawling infant and she cut her finger on it. Great place otherwise. Best of the 4 we rented.

Great Place!

Was an ideal spot for our family. We were able to explore both Arches and Canyonlands pretty easily from here. The pool is very close and they have 2 pools and a hottub. Really clean and I like that they provided towels (both bath and pool ones) and toiletries and the kitchen had a lot of items in it as well.
