Avontuur in Moab tijdens uw verblijf in ons dorpshuis met 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers, gunstig gelegen op slechts zes minuten rijden van het centrum van Moab. Ons stadshuis beschikt over twee open haarden - é��n in de hoofdwoonruimte en één in de grote slaapkamer, een dakterras dat perfect is om te genieten van het iconische uitzicht op de rode rotsen en het uitzicht op de omliggende La Sal-bergen, en een open plattegrond.

Bij ons stadshuis draait het allemaal om de centrale locatie die een ideale toegang biedt tot alle attracties in de omgeving - nationale parken, mountainbiketochten en wandelpaden, OHV-routes en een unieke omgeving. Deze residentie beschikt over een volledig uitgeruste keuken, een open haard op gas, een eetkamer en een dakterras met een prachtig uitzicht! Gasten zullen dol zijn op de zuidwestelijke stijl, unieke kunstwerken en op maat gemaakte houten meubels die overal in het stadshuis te vinden zijn. Deze lay-out en bedconfiguratie van een verblijf is ideaal voor twee gezinnen om te delen of meerdere stellen.

Gasten hebben toegang tot een garage voor één auto en er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor trailers enz. Aan de overkant van de straat.

We were a group of 3 adult couples in town for some mountain biking and sightseeing. The space was great for us. Each pair had their own bathroom, the kitchen is well equipped and laundry facilities are on site. We especially liked having two different patio areas to relax and stargaze in the evenings. The garage is a nice feature for folks traveling with bikes or other toys you don't want to leave outside unattended. All in all a fantastic place to stay that's a bit outside of Moab proper.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Navigating our arrival was so easy and the layout and condition of the property was perfect for my family. The only comment I have is that the air intake vent of the air conditioner was located in the kitchen which was in a central part of the house and was so noisy and loud when it ran that we had significant difficulty carrying on a conversation or hearing the TV. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay. Thanks!

Retired Geologist scouting the Rx. Beautiful condo in excellent condition and very well equipped with great room. Very comfortable beds ! place to range from to all nearby National Parks. Add a Keurig maker and I’d give t 6 out of 5 stars.

Wonderful Red Rock Property

Three nights exploring amazing Moab area with wife and adult daughter. Property was almost better than advertised, and tucked up in a golf course area several miles outside of downtown. Great decor, comfortable beds, cool deck with BBQ and nicely furnished. Very comfortable for the three of us and could easily have had another couple come with us. Love Moab, and will be coming back to this property for our next trip. Strongly recommended.

Fun in Moab

Overall it was an impressive property, well appointed in themes appropriate to the locale. Plenty of space for everyone and very comfortable. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen with coffee and filters, sample sized soaps, shampoos for the baths, etc. Management was also quickly responsive ti a couple questions we had. Only thing I’d request would be for a slightly later check out time, and we felt the cleaning fee was high compared to other properties we’ve used. All in all a lovely, peaceful place to end your day after hiking around the parks.

Amazing Red Rock Retreat in Moab

This was an incredible find to stay in Moab- Away from the crowds and such a nice quiet 3 bedroom retreat. It was incredibly clean, we loved the rooftop balcony where we witnessed the Perseids Meteor Shower and gathered as a family. It was also close to the golf course and hiking paths up into the Red Rocks. If you are looking for a nice quiet place, away from it all - this is it!

Pleasant retreat

What a wonderful spot, a true oasis in the desert. We greatly enjoyed our time in Moab and Casa Sweet Casa was a large part of that. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for the family to stretch and relax. Definitely on the top of our list should we return to Moab.

Photos Are Great, Property is Even Better

When we first found this listing, we rightly assumed it would be nice due to the photos of the scenic red rocks. Of course, as with most things in nature, photos just don’t do it justice. The property and surrounding area are absolutely beautiful. We actually regretted having a fully packed schedule that kept us from being able to spend more time hanging out in the home. The property is clean and well decorated. You can tell the owner takes pride in it. When you stay here, take a sunset walk around the neighborhood, then make sure to spend some time on the upstairs balcony at night looking at the stars. You’ve probably never seen a sky so clear. Somehow, we didn’t even notice the balcony in the listing, so it was a great surprise to find it when we arrived. Oh, and the fireplaces are an excellent feature. They run on gas and turn on and off at the flip of a switch. They really do put out quite a bit of heat, so they’d be perfect for a winter stay. I would absolutely stay here again!
