Thank you for your review Junyu and I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay! This unit is listed twice as both a 2 bedroom listing and a 3 bedroom listing. It's slightly cheaper if you only need to use two bedrooms :)

Jennifer, my team and I were actually quite surprised to see this review since we keep all of our guest communication and it clearly indicates we definitely made attempts to resolve the cable issue. We absolutely work on the weekends, and on holidays, and every other day, 365 days a year, so it was disheartening to read your review title and realize you misrepresented all the effort we put in as a company and as locals :( I know future guests would have appreciated if your review had also included a review of some of the other outstanding features of the property, since this is a very popular unit in Moab! Again, I do apologize that the cable wasn't working during your stay. It was due to an outage in the area that we unfortunately did not have control over. Our cable provider did resolve it as soon as possible! While we feel it is a little unfair to judge our service as a company based solely on a cable issue (that we did attempt to resolve for you as quickly as possible) we are sorry that it impacted your overall experience in the unit. From your review, and from our conversation with you when you checked in, you indicated that the cable really wasn't a huge deal to you and your family...so we did not realize we would be judged solely and completely on it! We should also note that all of the streaming subscription channels were still available so there still were plenty of tv entertainment options. Future guests should know that we do have reliable cable and smart tv's to access all of your favorite streaming services.
