Wonderful property!
This home accommodated us and our children (ages 14-20). There was plenty of space and the home was well stocked with linens, starter supplies, a fully stocked kitchen with even a crockpot! It was clean and well maintained. Location was five minutes from downtown Moab. Would highly recommend.

Good home base in Moab
Was nice to have plenty of room to spread out, a kitchen to keep food for packing lunches for the day, the washer and dryer was very useful, thanks for providing the washing pods/detergent! Location was great, close to everything in town and the parks as well. Only suggestions I would have was that every other place we stayed in Utah had a Keriug with pods - that would have been awesome....and directions on how to use the TV (so complicated these days)

Wonderful!
What a great place. Large enough for six+ and great bathrooms. It was several blocks off the main road , so it was quiet. But it is also close enough for a drive to groceries or to National Parks. We would highly recommend this condo!

Great location for hiking Moab, walk to restaurants, enough space for 3 couples
We hiked everyday, the water temperature & pressure were adequate for 3 couples to shower before dinner. Restaurants are walkable but we drove after hiking all day. We would stay there again.

Great long weekend
We had an extra bedroom but it was worth the higher price. Lots of space for privacy on the bedroom floor and to spread out on the ground floor. Well furnished and decorated, all the dishes, utensils, etc you need. Cute little townhome complex. Not walking distance to town but very short direct drive to Main Street. 15-30 minutes to huge selection of excellent hikes and outdoor activities

Great Place!
We really enjoyed staying here! The place was decorated nice and the furniture was all in great condition. It does need to be deep cleaned as there were dirt marks on some of the walls, crumbs in a kitchen drawer, and a little dirt by the door. My clean standards are pretty high and those were a few things I noticed. Overall though it didn’t feel dirty and We felt comfortable there and had a great time! The location was great too and it was a quick drive to riding trails or into town to eat. Would definitely recommend!

Clean, new, well-appointed, and comfortable!
Very comfortably furnished, with all that one needs. The kitchen had a good stock of cooking utensils and appliances (electric griddle, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, mixer, toaster). We did use one big pot we brought ourselves (there wasn't a big one). The location is next to some new construction, but it will finish quickly and it wasn't a problem. We would certainly book again!

Nice, spacious home
This home was beautiful and had plenty of room for everyone. Just be aware that if you will be doing a lot of cooking the kitchen has very minimal kitchen items available to prepare and cook food. No mixing bowls, very few pans. We ate out for all but one meal so it may not be a big deal for you, but so that you can be prepared. :)
