Rustig en ruim Rim Village Townhome, uitzicht, verbeterde keuken

Welkom bij de magie van Moab! We komen al vele jaren naar deze speciale plek en zijn blij dat we nu een tweede huis in het hart van Canyon Country bezitten. We zijn ook blij deze ervaring te kunnen delen met anderen die hier van over de hele wereld reizen. Ons stadshuis is een van de nieuwste in het beroemde Rim Village. Geniet van de zonsondergang vanaf ons grote terras met prachtig uitzicht op het La Sal-gebergte en Moab Rim; ontspan in het Rim Village zwembad en spa.
Het stadshuis beschikt over een ruime woonkamer met gashaard, HD-tv en nieuwe slaapbank en loveseat. Bereid uw favoriete maaltijden in onze volledig uitgeruste keuken met nieuwe apparatuur. De master bedroom suite heeft een kingsize bed en een grote eigen badkamer. De 2e slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed; de 3e slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden en ze delen een grote badkamer. Elke slaapkamer heeft zijn eigen kabel-tv. De bank in de woonkamer vouwt uit in een queensize bed met een zachte, zeven inch matras. Het stadshuis bevindt zich op de begane grond - geen trappen. Nieuwe wasmachine en droger zijn in de wasruimte. Wi-Fi en kabel-tv inbegrepen. Een garage voor twee auto's biedt een veilige plek om uw speelgoed op te slaan als u besluit de stad in te gaan.
Heb je meer dan 8 in je feest? VRBO-lijst 692355 Rim Village Z-1 ligt dicht bij ons stadshuis en kan tegelijkertijd worden gereserveerd, afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid.
En natuurlijk is de beste eigenschap van onze stadswoning die op 10 minuten van Arches en op 15 minuten van Canyonlands Parks ligt; enkele van de meest spectaculaire landschappen ter wereld. Avontuur ligt om de hoek. Jeep in de diepten van Canyonlands. Bewonder Balanced Rock. Ga rotsklimmen op de beroemde Wall Street. Mountainbike de wereldberoemde Slick Rock. Wandel naar een adembenemende, rijke rode zonsondergang bij Delicate Arch. Ontdek oude Anazasi-rotstekeningen in verborgen kloven. Het appartement ligt op slechts vijf minuten van de stad.

Family trip to Arches NP

Check in was very simple. Directions, that were provided, to the townhome were detailed and easy to follow. Home is welcoming and comfortable. Mattresses were a little soft for our preference. It was very well stocked with kitchen necessities, pots, pans, spices and toiletries. The location was close to Arches NP, Canyonlands NP and downtown Moab. Owners provide list of restaurants and things to do in Moab. Needed a small plumbing repair during our stay. The owner very quickly responded to my text and repair was swiftly made next morning. The pool was refreshing. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great Place!

Excellent place to stay at. Took my parents to the National Parks in the area. We were much more relaxed staying here than a motel. Well stocked kitchen. We cooked every morning and evening. Dale is a great host, and he was in touch with us thru emails.

Great place close to Arches and Canyonlands!

This is a very comfortable place to stay! The space was allocated between living room/kitchen/bedrooms perfectly for our family of 4.The kitchen had everything we needed (though we didn't actually cook much). The living room was a very cozy and comfortable place to relax in the mornings and evenings after a full day of hiking and sightseeing. It's really close to Moab and Arches -- we were able to shuffle in and out of the park a couple times a day without much hassle. It's also outside of Moab enough to be quiet and peaceful.Everything was clean and in good working order, with good attention to detail. Hosts were easy to communicate with and made check in/out a breeze.Thanks for a great stay! We'd love to stay again if in the area.

Our family stayed at this property while visiting Moab and area parks. The house is clean, well laud out and very comfortable. We also appreciated the scenic views from west facing windows. We enjoy cooking and had no trouble preparing several favorites thanks to the well appointed kitchen. All the beds were comfortable. The garage was a nice amenity to keep us and our vehicle out of the snow during comings and goings. All around a very pleasant place to anchor our visit to Moab. Definitely plan to stay again.

This property was perfect for our family visit - boys 2 years and 4, mom and dad and grandpa. Nice sized bedrooms, great common area to relax and play. And location - perfect! This home was just what we wanted for our visits to Arches and Canyonlands national parks. It is far enough out of town to disconnect and enjoy the dark sky, but close enough to access the Moab amenities. The home itself is secluded within its devlopment. The home is spacious and well-appointed. We loved having access to coolers and the garage. The house is well stocked for those who wish to cook meals, with plenty of dishes, pans, utensils, seasoning and a grill. The pool and hot tub are great features after a day of hiking. The hosts were responsive in their communications. Highly recommend.

Exceptional property, location and property managers

Stayed for a week with my spouse and friends. Had a lot of mountain biking and hiking plans. Communication with property manager was great with fast responses to our questions on the logistics for our planned activities. Property was clean and comfortable. This year it was just my brother and myself on a 4x4 excursion from Colorado. The home was beautiful, well maintained, well stocked with everything needed and fulfilled all expressed details. It was in accessible location to Moab and the Southern 4x4 trails. We had a fabulous 4 days and look forward to the next opportunity to revisit Moab. This home will definitely be on the list to return to on future visits. I hope the owner found our use of the facility to be as if it was our own.
