Awesome vacation spot
This property is beautiful and well-maintained. The hot tub was perfect after long days of hiking and biking. We loved the layout and the fireplace that comes on with the flick of a switch. It was also nice to be able to pull the car into the garage. The views of the mountains from the balcony and back patio were magnificent. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay
Was a great house!!! Everything was clean everything worked well. Great location. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to canyonlands national park, arches national park and dead hoarse state park. My only complaint is that we can't stay longer.

Lovely stay in Moab
The property and accommodations were nice and exactly as advertised. We would have stayed longer if we could. Perfect amount of space, lots of activities for the kids to do. My only recommendation would be to please turn the air down prior to the guests arrival. It took a full day to actually cool to 72. (To be fair, it was 100+ outside.). All in all, I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect basecamp and hangout space
This house and management combo was overall awesome. Highly recommend. Close to downtown Moab (5-10 min), quick access to Arches gate (15 ish minutes), beautiful outdoor hangout space with covered massive table to enjoy outdoor meals/cookouts, covered super comfy couches/swivel chairs, and nice large hot tub to relax after a day on your feet. Great outdoor game options (badmitten, cornhole, ping ping in the garage). Very clean and well kept. Easy communication. Everything was as advertised without issues.

Moab Parks Trip
Cliffrose Court house was great. More than big enough for a family of four, there was plenty of space to spread out. Kids loved the badminton court on the side of the house and the hot tub was great after long days of hiking at Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse. Close to town and the awesome T-Rex 4x4 tour (it's a must-do).

A week in always majestic Utah
We had a terrific week in this comfy home! Wish the weather had been a little less like winter, but we still mtn biked and hiked until exhausted. The hot tub was a treat after all of the exercise! So many outside seating areas to enjoy. And most of all, the Hostess was fabulous. Always available to answer questions within minutes! We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice house with plenty of room for us, our 2 children and their spouses, and our 2 grandchildren. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and great space. Very nice and clean hot tub, and badminton just outside off the very large and well furnished covered patio.

National Parks Family Vacation
The home was located in a nice area but just a little further out of town than we had expected but a very easy drive into Moab. Spacious and accommodating to the entire family with bedrooms upstairs but with a hide-a-bed downstairs. Multiple bathrooms made it great for everyone to get ready at the same time. A spacious kitchen allowed for many cooks at once, maybe too many ( just kidding). The yard was a great place for the kids to play and run around and included an outdoor eating area and grill. Would recommend this VRBO to anyone but especially a large group.

Better then expected
This place was perfect for our group. We trailered in a jeep and sxs from Texas and we’re able to park behind the condo on the street. No one gave us a hard time either. Condo outdoor areas was perfect with a big outdoor table to eat at and a ton of outdoor seating. We spent a lot of time out there. Would definitely stay again.

Exceeded our expectations!
We loved our stay here! Beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. The private hot tub and private deck and exterior table were perfect. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the pans, toaster, and can opener need to be replaced as they were broken or had other issues. We will be returning here for sure. Thanks for the great stay!

Wonderful location
We especially enjoyed the private deck/grill/hot tub. The sheets and bathrooms were clean but everything else had a thick layer of dust and the floors were not clean.

Dear Robert I strongly disagree with you comments. Each unit is cleaned and disinfected from top to bottom and that includes of course dusting and mopping. We have an impressive record of positive reviews and 99.9% are in regards of the outstanding cleaning, and I am pleased to say I am very happy and proud of with my crew, so are my guests. If you go and play during the day you will bring sand in your shoes, and If you leave doors and windows open the dust will enter the unit during your stay, there is high winds here, Moab is a desert !!! Beautiful condo, the scenery out every window is spectacular. Lots of outdoor places to sit with a view. The condo is well stocked, we had most dinners in. Perfect for our sister's family reunion. The beds are comfortable, nice to have a garage. We will be back!

Amazing sights and a great home base
Our family really enjoyed this property, this was our first time to Moab, and this property was a great home base for us. we were able to see many parks, and still have a pace for dinners and relaxation every night.

Pretty nice
The pics were a little misleading, it’s nice though. The additional fees outside of the actual night’s stay are ridiculously high. They want to charge you for extra toilet paper outside of your one roll, same with paper towels, and they give you half a roll. Crazy! Then they want you to clean the place, strip the beds and dispose of all trash, before you leave, on top of charging a cleaning fee. Ridiculous!

I respectfully disagree with your comments, actually, your review is the one is misleading. I don't think you are familiar with vrbo or any platform online to book a condo rental. Those FEES you are talking about are the commission you paid to VRBO to use their engine system (if you know what I mean), we don't charge or profit from it, those fees don't go to us. VRBO IS NOT OR SHOULDN’T BE FREE is a hospitality service with thousands of employees who don't work for free. Another concept you understand is renting a condo is different than a hotel. In a hotel, you rent one room/one bath, and the cleaning fee is already charged in the equation. For My 1800 sq we hire a professional cleaning company who also happens not to work for free, they charge me precisely $150 per cleaning, and we paid from the rental for cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc. WHEN DID WE SAY THAT WE CHARGE YOU FOR EXTRA TOILET PAPER??? That is completely false! we never do such a thing, and to say that we provide "half roll "is another lie! We provide 6 toilet paper rolls and 2 kitchen paper towel rolls. etc etc We don't expect the guests to clean the place either, we only asked to take the used linens to the laundry room, and dispose of the trash, as we don't want bad smells for the next guests, those procedures are common practice in this industry as part of check out when you rent a condo or house, sorry the concept is too much for you to understand. Ridiculous is that you are putting our condo down, is a beautiful and luxurious place, immaculately clean, spacious, updated constantly, with a brand new hot tub and great views of the mountains, and by the way, the rates INCLUDING THE CLEANING FEE are under the market compared to other condos in Moab, look around. THE PICTURES ARE NOT MISLEADING! Perhaps a motel would be more suitable for you. Happy travels

Very clean and well maintained. Our party enjoyed the patio and hot tub. We had to park our 30ft enclosed trailer on the road behind the unit, which was not ideal, but it worked. If you have a 20ft or smaller trailer it would fit great in the driveway.

Excellent place to stay for 4 adults and 1 to 2 children. Nice kitchen and well stocked with spices, utensils, pots and cleaning supplies. Beautiful views from deck and patio. Grilling out highly recommended. Washer and dryer were great and laundry soap provided. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms nice with plenty of hot water. Definitely stay here again.

First Condo Rental
Our whole group loved the cleanliness of this condo even after having to kill 2 crickets and a spider, but looking at the booking dates I think we were the first ones to book since December (we stayed in February). Little disappointed in the pictures posted on Vrbo because we were expecting the driveway to be really long (enough to fit a truck and utility trailer) but it came up short by only fitting the truck (Ford F350) and we had to push the trailer to the side . Also , we were really looking forward to putting a 4 seat RZR and a 2 seat RZR in the 2 car garage but there were two large patio set cardboard boxes inside the garage so it only fit the 4 seater . Besides that the rooms were great and the kitchen was more than adequately stocked , we’d definitely rent again but with smaller vehicles .

The condo is beautiful, set up efficiently, and in a great location. The beds are so comfy. Just right for a good night's sleep after a day of hiking. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking your own meals. The shindig over the mountains was spectacular. We loved our visit,!

Beautiful View
This property was very comfortable & in a convenient location off of the main road. There is a back patio that’s currently being remodeled to be made larger, but our favorite was the upstairs wrap around balcony. It was perfect for dinner with a view of the mountains. The house is kid friendly with a pack-n-play and a high chair. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom has everything you’d need. The owner was also super responsive and helpful. We will be staying again!

Excellent!
This townhome was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking around Moab. Close to the shops, restaurants and hikes. The place was clean and comfortable. Rossilina had great recommendations for places to eat but our best meal was grilled on the beautiful patio looking out to sunset over the mountains. Communication with property manager was prompt and left no questions. Can't wait to come back and explore more in this beautiful area

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the condo! The views from the porches/patios were great and the neighborhood is quiet. The access code worked perfect and we had no issues getting in. It seemed to be furnished with anything you would need, although we spent most of our time in the National Parks. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place. Located on south side of Moab for easy access to everything. Only complaint is roku not working for the tv’s. Finally got (1) of the (4) tv’s to work. Otherwise a great rental for a stay in Moab that is way better than using motels as a home base.

Cleanest VRBO we have ever been in!
Perfect house for our Moab vacation. Everything was perfect from cleanliness to the soft sheets on each of the beds. The badminton net was our nightly entertainment when we weren't at Arches watching the sunsets. Thank you for a lovely stay at your house.

Very Nice Place
The condo was comfortable and large enough to keep us all comfortable. However, the coffee maker did not work, the toaster was sticky, the TV in the king sized bedroom did not work, and the stairs were not vacummed. But all in all the place was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay... Loved all the pots and pans...Location was GREAT! The property management people just need to get those who clean the condo's to do perhaps do a little better job cleaning.
