Quiet and Comfortable
We enjoyed our stay while we were attending the Cruise Moab event. There were 5 people in our group and everyone had a comfortable and quiet place to sleep. The large living space was comfortable for late night chats. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location in the development was quiet and close to the pool area. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Great base for dirt biking and mountain biking in the area. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pans, etc for cooking and the unit was close to the pool. Very quiet neighborhood.

Stayed in this nice condo unit in a quiet neighborhood close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Spacious 3 bedroom unit with 2 baths and laundry. Well stocked kitchen, cleaning products and paper goods supplied. Enjoyed our adventures in Moab!

Place was very clean, and very comfortable. A little far from town, but not a huge deal. Very tight to park in the garage, as our pickup, with a short box, barely fit. All in all, we would definitely stay again.

Bring basics like oil to cook with. They had 1 half roll paper towels and low tp. I did ask for more and they were on it quickly. The kitchen was just sparse, like one sponge and two towels. Tough to wash waterbottles with a sponge. Everything else was good.

Very comfortable condo!
We had a great stay here. The property owner communicated very well and it was really easy to check ourselves in! The condo is a wonderful size and very conveniently laid out. The beds were super comfortable and kitchen was easy to cook in with everything we needed. We loved having the garage, and the patio was lovely. We grilled almost every night! One afternoon, we sat out on the patio and read for several hours in the sun. It was very quiet and peaceful. We had a great stay here. There are a few things in the condo that need attention and are the reason for the four stars rather than five. None of these things hindered us from having a good time, but they did stand out from other VRBO properties we've stayed at. The main bathroom fan didn't work, a couple of the window blinds (kitchen, bedroom) were broken. The drain in the master bathroom was slow so water gathered. The coffee maker worked, but might need to be replaced as it only made warm, not hot coffee. Very small, low power hair dryers were in each bathroom. We ran out of toilet paper during our five-night stay. However, we did love the beds, the comfy couches, the laundry room, and the kitchen. The lay out and space were great for this mom, dad, and adult daughter. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else.

This home was a perfect place to stay for our few days in Moab. The neighborhood was nice a quiet and had lovely views all around. The home was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. We really appreciated that the garage was available to park in. We would definitely stay there again.

This property was very comfortable for the four of us. Kitchen was well stocked except for a colander. Bathrooms were clean but towels could be replaced with new ones. A few repairs are needed: The kitchen sink dripped constantly and the hallway toilet ran continuously. One bedroom lamp and living room lamp didn’t work, Still, we had a good time. One major complaint, the neighbors were very loud with their diesel trucks and six OHV’s running all hours of the night - sleep was fleeting!!

Great views. Nicely appointed. Very convenient. Love the overall complex, architecture, colors…so totally Moab! Second time in this complex which is just about perfect in every way. Used the very nice pool and jacuzzi every day. All members in party loved staying here. Short on supplies ie dish soap, paper towels etc. floors/carpets could use deep cleaning. Will rent here in the future!

Very clean, well stocked, nice living room window views, and near Moab. We'd stay again!
The condo was very clean. It was also well stocked (towels, dishes, cookware, kitchen appliances, etc.). We loved the close location to Moab, and my nephew enjoyed swimming in the pool every evening. It was a wonderful way to beat the summer heat. It was really nice to be able to cook some meals and do laundry. Also having 3 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, allowed everyone to have their own space. We were also provided with all the information we needed, and check in and check out were very easy. We'd definitely stay again!

Was very nice to have single floor living in this unit. Garage was handy for evening maintenance on our motorcycles. Some minor issues with property utilities, but property manager was very responsive and had it fixed the same day.

Moab is a wonderland of fun
This is our fourth experience in Moab and our third stay in this condo. As always it was a fabulous time. The condo is well stocked and very clean. There are some tree roots and weeds that need cutting on the porch but it didn’t detract from the stay in anyway. Definitely recommend this condo for two couples. The spacing of the bedrooms and bathrooms works out well for privacy and the king beds in two of the three bedrooms is fantastic.

Vacation in Moab
Overall the property was OK. This was in a great location. Very nice decor and layout. Each room had a TV which was very nice. It came with a washer & dryer. Beds were very comfortable but very high and hard to get into for a shorter person. Not much for amenities. Just soap and shampoo. The kitchen only had a little coffee, spices, & flour. We found some sugar in the cabinet that had a code date of 2017. We stayed in another house the night before and they had tea, coffee, bottles of water, hand sanitizer, wipes, and more for almost half the price. I guess I was expecting a little more for the price. I thought it was odd we had to start the dishwasher, take out the garbage, take off all the bedding and put it in the washing machine before we left and still had to pay a cleaning fee. We also found an envelope that requested for us to leave a tip for cleaning in which we found unacceptable when we already paid for that.

The ONLY Place to Stay in Moab
The property is just like staying in a private home. It's comfortable, clean, convenient, quiet, and much more affordable than a hotel. Best of all is it has a washer and dryer so you're able to wash all of your clothes before you go home. :)

Quiet retreat close to all the action
Very roomy accommodations with the added plus of a garage.. Quiet residential area has lighting designed for lots of stargazing. Unit features a large patio area with lots of seating and a grill. After a day of sightseeing, it was a welcome retreat to relax and plan the next day's adventures. Check in/checkout simple and easy. Would definitely stay here again if our travels take us to Moab.
