Great location
We had a great stay. Close to town and convenient locations to visit all the parks. It would be nice if when we arrived and throughout the day the thermostat didn’t reset to such a high temp that then took hours to cool off.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! Thanks for the feedback on the automatic thermostat. I will change the settings so that it won't do that when guests are at the unit. I hope you'll come back again soon!

Great house and great location for kids. Easy trip to Arches and up the mountains. Lots of great amenities too. Grill and outdoor seating along with fun activities in the garage. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

CLEAN, great layout and decor, loved the amenities (board games, 3 acoustic drums not pictured on website, fuse ball and air hockey in double garage, covered patio with party lights, table cloth for patio table, large beach towels, very well stocked kitchen including non-perishables - seasonings, oil, flour, etc). Maps and guides in-house. Close to restaurants and Arches. On the south side of town in the direction of Canyonlands. Did I say CLEAN? :) :) :)

Great location and property
Great location, just a short drive to the main strip of moab. Easily accessible to many trails. Overall, pretty clean place with lots of amenities. Some things could use a good deep cleaning like the dishwasher, it's door had alot of residue and when running had an odor. Overall, good location and property. Kids had room to run!

Best rental we've stayed at!
This home was super clean! We loved the southwest decor and all of the special touches, such as labels everywhere, tea bags provided, spices and pantry items provided, color coordinated towels and bedding. The kitchen was so well stocked and had everything we needed for our meals in. The bbq came in very handy and the views from the back patio are spectacular! Comfy beds and easy communication with Michelle, the owner. We will be back!!

We stayed here with 3 adults and 5 kids. Nice spacious clean unit that was well stocked with anything you might need. Great communication from property owner who quickly answered all my questions. Heated pool right up the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home for exploring Moab!
This house was amazing! Plenty of room for 2 families, big dining table and kitchen, extra touches by the house cleaner (like paper towels folded in a bow!) and very clean. Fenced in small backyard with nice patio furniture. We loved it.

Awesome Stay
The property was away from the city, quiet, great for families, clean and comfortable. In addition to all the national parks we had a great hike to the nearby corona arch. A bonus was seeing petroglyphs and dinosaur tracks on the same road.

Riding and hiking in Moab
We had a wonderful time at Desert Willow. We brought a Can Am side by side and a dirt bike in an enclosed trailer. It was so nice to be able to park in the street right in front. Having the washer and dryer was nice for riding gear. Desert Willow has such a warm homey and comfortable feel to it. Last year we stayed at the duplex next door and we liked yours better. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Great staycation

Excellent in Every Way
This home is so roomy and clean and quiet. There is adequate space for everyone to be together, and just as much space for everyone to have privacy. The outdoor areas are are large enough and furnished for everyone to have their own seat. It is so Unusual for there to actually be enough furniture for everyone to have a place to sit, both inside and outside, but this house has everything. We cannot wait to go back

Felt Like Home
We spent three nights at Desert Willow, about halfway through a 10-day trip through the Utah National Parks and then the Grand Canyon. Desert Willow was perfect for our family of five, which includes three college-age kids. We were able to do laundry, and each person was able to find some alone time in the 3 bedroom home. Location was great, the home is clean and well stocked, and the host very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend.

Beautifully decorated, well stocked, perfect location!!
This property was perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). It was well stocked with everything you would ever need including beach towels, coolers, extra blankets and pillows etc. The Mountain View is amazing!! The location was great too. Easy to get into town for dining or shopping. Easy access to the parks. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would love to stay here again. The communication with Michelle was great. She was prompt in responses and letting us know extra details. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. Thanks for a great place to call home for a few days!

Utah Retreat
The property was just what we needed. With three bedrooms and three baths, we had room to accommodate two children under 12 and 3 adults. The living room was spacious, with an assortment of oversized furniture for adults and children to sprawl after a long day of hiking. The kitchen was large and well-stocked with large and small appliances, dishes, and plates that we cooked most of our meals in the unit. It also had a large outdoor grill, which we used twice during our stay! The patio had an excellent view of the neighboring red rock cliffs and had a large outdoor dining table and a seating area. We used both each day. Our young guest's favorite item was the foosball table! Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Thank you for the wonderful comments! I am assuming that the only reason you gave us a 4 star review instead of 5 is because the pool was having maintenance done during your stay. Again, it was scheduled to be done in February but due to supply issues it got pushed to March. The pool is open now but I do apologize it wasn’t during your stay. I did offer my guests passes to the local rec center as a consolation. Hope you will come back soon!

Nice place for a family stay
This was one of the better rentals we’ve stayed at in Moab. Very spacious inside with a nice fenced outdoor space as well. We really enjoyed the creative wall art and appreciated the plastic dishes/cups for kids. Host was very responsive. Potential areas of improvement include some new cookware (all skillets were very scratched and/or warped on bottom) and linens (some stains on sheets and towels). Overall, we’d still consider staying again!

Great place to end your Arches National Park Visit
Michelle's rental was nicer than expected. The shared living spaces were very roomy and the kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. It was only a short drive to town which made it less congested (fuel, grocery....etc). Perfect mix of accessibility, convenience, and a welcome feeling of "being at home"! Looking forward to our next stay with family.

Great Property super friendly host
We loved this property!! The pool is just a short walk and was awesome. I love how everything is labeled as far as the light switches, drawers and cabinets. Made it super easy. We enjoyed the patio and the BBQ grill as well. Definitely will recommend and stay here again. Super location near everything in Moab.

Dishwasher had a very foul smell.
This was a very nice place. The only issue was that the dishwasher was jam pack of dishes and it had a very foul smell. We had to hand wash all dishes and then run washer to try to get smell out. We report to owners. They were thankful for letting her know.

Thanks for your review. We have addressed the smell in the dishwasher, thanks for pointing it out. We had a temporary cleaner that day and she forgot to empty the dishwasher which is normally done prior to guests checking in. I hope you will come back and give us another try!
